★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The concept is great but management (Woburn Group) is extremely incompetent and unorganized. Left multiple messages with them to view an apartment and and just got passed from person to person. This went on for a good three weeks. Does anyone know who the owner of the building is? Can"t get that answer from anyone either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parents moved to Royal Heights Seniors Building in Oshawa from their long time home recently. The staff have been wonderful welcoming my parents. My parents are enjoying their new accommodations and are meeting new friends already. They have joined in on some of the many social activities offered and the amenities this beautiful building offers.

My mother passed away from cancer in October
My family and I cleaned out her apartment and handed in her fobs and her keys the end of November
My mother had put $100 deposit on an extra fob because she was sick and needed me to be able to come and go.
I don't know why I cannot get the deposit back for my mother's estate I have contacted reception many times it is now February 8th why can my mother's estate not receive her $100.
It's actually not really about the $100 it's the principal my mother would be furious it's her $100 not Royal Heights.
Give it back.
