★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a walk in clinic, but the receptionist when I called did inform me that one of the doctors didn't join the practice and that is why they are not a walk in. Pleasant and quick response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had my doctor for many a year. Dr. Zahavi has dealt with a great deal of issues with me, for me, and helping me sort out my own. I’m not sure how long he has been practising, but I have had him around for 23 years now. Grateful for the work he’s helped me do on myself, to help me stay healthy when I’m not feeling 100 percent. No doctor owes you pleasantries all of the time, neither do their staff, but I think they do a pretty darn good job considering. They’re in the medical business, everyone will have their days, as everyone should be permitted. Thank you also to the staff, at the front desk who have done my blood work and given me shots and whatever else they could help with when I’ve needed it and asked questions. Greatly appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contrary to what's advertised on their building and in Google searches, if you're looking for a "walk-in" clinic, don't bother wasting your time with this place. The receptionist was extremely rude when informing me that they are not a walk-in clinic. I asked if I could book an appointment for a later date and she had the audacity to tell me no I can't. If you're not a walk-in clinic nor accepting appointment bookings then what exactly are you here for? I then asked if there was another walk-in clinic nearby and rather than give me a straight answer she tells me "you need to leave now," and then proceeds to rush me out the door. I'm a pretty relaxed individual so I didn't let it phase me, but I just couldn't let another individual go through the same experience I did, hence why I'm writing this post. Truth be told if I could give zero stars, best believe I would. #DoBetter
