V	Vincent Campos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t care about their patients much more in their clinic time schedules. Saturday, I was the 5th patient waiting outside for 2 hours and they didn’t open without notice on the front door. The worst walk- in clinic I’ve ever experienced. ???

C	Cynthia Wang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My greatest walk-in experience ever. Dr. Judy was really patient, respectful, and empathetic, at the same time very professional and knowledgeable. It's the first of all walk-in experiences I had when I didn't feel like I'm wasting the doctor's time when discussing my symptoms in details, and she didn't hold back talking about potential issues, what tests would tell me about them, and the details about next steps. The receptionists were also nice, when taking a phone call from me since I didn't know what to expect first time using their online appointment system. BTW the system was great too - great virtual experience!

I was concerned about coming here because of all the bad reviews. Honestly, I have no idea why. The front desk, nurse, and doctor were all so nice. We didn't wait too long either. I was happy with my experience and would come back.

I called at 9:30AM, got an appointment for 1030 and that's when I was seen. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and the triage nurse was fantastic. All in all a great experience.
L	Lyndsey Thompson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was told I couldn't have a renewal fora prescription unless I made an apot to see Mt doctor... fast forward calling 14 times in one day to be hung up on by the automated phone service... does nobody answer the phone anymore? How can I make an appt if I can't get threw to anyone?... ridiculous.
A	Abigale Kean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would leave -10 stars if i could. The receptionists are always kind and exceptional when you call, but Dr. Muhammad Asim is awful. I’ve had only maybe 4 appointments with him, over 2 years. Each appointment he has always called at least an hour late. Typically 1.5 hours late. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I was supposed to have a phone call appointment at 11:45am, Saturday June 4th; well at 1:15, I had to call and say that he was yet to call me. We were told that he was behind schedule, this was 1.5 hours late at this point. at roughly 1:45 I called the office again, because he had not called yet and the appointment was now 2 hours late. I had to tell them not to call me because I was now at my employment and am unavailable for the rest of the day. This is absolutely horrendous and completely unprofessional.
