Millbourne Mall Medical Centre is founded by Alberta physicians with a strong commitment to public health care and the Canadian Health Act. A family practice and walk-in clinic, providing caring and personalized health services to patients in and around the Edmonton area.

Our care begins when our patients walk in the door of the clinic and are greeted by staff showing hospitality and a willingness to help. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutley horrible, if you ever need antibiotics for a septic tooth do not go here, the receptionist told me there was no chance of me seeing a doctor. Even though I was in terrible pain and only wanted antibiotics to get rid of the infection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took an hour and a half to see the doctor, even though I came 15mins earlier to give time for my paperwork. Defeats the point of booking off a time frame if it's going to be ignored for multiple others who arrived later with later appointments

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though I booked my appointment I had to wait for an hour. No proactive communication or planning from the front desk. I don’t see any reason for booking an appointment. Not sure whether the management will read this review, if they so means please respect other people time though. I got a feeling that you guys never care for other people time and schedule. And projecting you are not running this clinic in a professional manner. Very disappointed with their patient appointment management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fouzia Navab is one of the worst dr I have seen . Did not even check properly I don’t know how she become a doctor I had more knowledge than her . I was explaining her my problem but she was giving me advice to go and see another doctor because she doesn’t know how to check hear wax .rude front desk Do not waste you time by going there. She couldn’t even speak proper English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A disgusting and terrible institution. Any clinic denying you medical service becuase you refuse to get a up to date "covoid" test that costs money and puts you at risk of contraction to do so deserves to be shut down and have their practice terminated.
Do not go to this location if you are a free and critical thinker who is disgusted by tyranny.

Even when sometimes I have an emergency & I wanna see the doctor, the staff somehow manages to appoint me for the same day, doesn’t matter how much the wait time is. So overall, very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at the clinic yesterday, simple procedure to remove stitches, I've never had a "family doctor", but was pretty prompt service, you all have to understand there's busier and slower times, even google shows that.
Honestly, eff the complaints, the front desk was prompt, wait time wasn't too bad, and the doctor was very friendly, spent extra time to make sure everything else was okay.
Could tell he was busy, but that didn't defer him from taking with you. he was really friendly and knew what he was talking about. Highly recommended.
