★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Line up is big today(march 11,2022) wait time can be minimum 1hr make sure to book an appointment before u come here. You can also book an appointment here but you have to wait atleast 30 mins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ March 28, 2022 My number is 24. Waiting in line for 3 hours now. My suggestion is if the mall opens at 7 AM, be at the door at 7 and go line up at Service Canada even if it opens 8:30AM. Total hours of waiting in line for our number 24 is 5 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why can't service canada apply a text message queue system it would save so much time for so many people as well as their employees! God this is my second time waiting in for 2 hours. The first time I went they had me wait for 2 hours then told me I had the wrong paper work n to come with the proper one and they would bump me up in the line. I m again waiting in line for 2 hours !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 1-800 line is a joke. The link I was given to a service request form didn't work. Why is it so hard for the government of Canada to provide service to Canadians. Its like we are living in a banana republic. I worked for the federal government for 20 years and all the systems they had were junk. A lot of the employees were useless and over paid. Just a total waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at the entrance is highly racist and have no manners to talk. I understand ths waiting time and people have appointments but there is a way to talk and you should show some respect. There was a lady specially who missbehaved with me and many other people who were in line.

People were standing in line since morning and were still there until later in day. Don't know what the people inside are doing.
Felt as if they were enjoying their vacation on work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience! There were 8 people ahead of me in the lineup but it moved fast . The security staff were absolutely amazing! Very friendly & respectful. The person at the information desk was delightful and helpful. Best of all , the agent Vijaya (sorry if I spelt the name wrong) was absolutely amazing! Helpful, very knowledgable & delightful. Thanks so much for an excellent service!
Long lineups isn’t their fault , I didn’t mind it as I didn’t have an appointment.

She helped me on my passport application; she is very professional and answered all my questions. Simply exemplary. Kudos to her! Thank you very much for your help!
