This passport office is the worst in the country. Rude employees just don’t wanna help people at all. Someone should hold them accountable.

Ok so the line is long but coming from Toronto this office was a relief. Don’t know why all the comments are so negative they were all so very helpful. 2 hr wait but it wasn’t that bad.

If you go there to renew your passport, make sure you are ready for disrespect by the lazy slow workers that can’t do the bare minimum especially the blonde lady, she was so disrespectful I don’t even know how she still has a job… if I could give them a 0 star I would

If I could give a no star rating I would. I went there in the morning of Thursday the 14th of April and did the whole line just to found out that they had no internet to process my request which was fine I understood and decided to come back later on that day. When I came back about 4 hours later there was a line of about 20 people already so I decided to knock on the door and ask if the internet was back. The 2 security guards, a male and a female, that were by the door where lost in their phones. They seemed disturbed when I knocked but I needed to know if if was worth the line given that on top of losing my time, I’m pregnant. When the guy came to the door there was no hello or anything so I said hello and asked away. He rudely replied that he couldn’t tell me that and that I had to do the line. I said you can’t tell me if the internet is back? And he said no! Make the line. I’m sorry I disturbed his candy crush game. How inconsiderate and unprofessional. It was a simple question and wanted to know if it was worth doing the line again for a second time. Again, I’m pregnant and can’t stand for long periods of time but regardless this kind of treatment is unacceptable to anyone.

I was there on Friday afternoon and the line-up was huge. I heard another lady who just got there and complain about the line and she decided to walk right in and complain. As there was only 1 person ahead of me I heard what she told the security. She needed to get something signed and the security guard went to get who I assume was a supervisor. The supervisor (bald man) let the woman in and signed the form for the lady!!!!! OMFG!!! Is that all it takes to get preferential service from out government; just complain and you get served before anyone else? UnF'N real!!!!! I bet the media would love to hear this. I think I'll be going to see MP Colin Carrie next week. When I went in I complained to the man I saw.

Overcrowded , the city is not that big , their is just one university or college for international students so why there was line up? I have seen big cities with lots lots of international students but service Ontario working faster than this .. way more faster. I respect those service Ontario centres now who can manage hundreds of people in few hours

Today, this office left me in tears. I was refused entry because my 3 YEAR OLD special need child can't wear a face mask. The last time I was there for myself and kids, mine was done and the lazy staff told me to do the kids own online. Went back there for the same thing today but refused entry and told to go do it online. I told them if I could do it online I won't be here but I was just speaking to myself. I don't know if they are suppose to sit in there attending to the empty seats

This review has nothing to do with the staff. All were very nice and helpful, which is why I am giving 2 stars. The issue is staffing. I arrived today at 8:15 for an open time of 8:30. There were already at least 50 people in line. I waited for an hour and had to leave for another appointment. I returned at 11:15 and it was another hour and a half before I got in. When I was able to speak with a rep, who was very nice and helpful, the process took less than 10 minutes. Hours of waiting inline to do something that takes a few minutes is ludicrous! Pandemic or not, they need more staff to accommodate their customers.
