J	Joanne McDonald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You wait on hold for an hour to talk to someone for 2 minutes to be put on hold again for another 10 mins for them to give you incorrect information so your put on hold again and then you get hung up on. Then you need to call back again and wait on hold for another hour to get someone different and start the process over again. Off you hang up on someone at least have the decency to call them back so they don't have to go through all the wait and story again and again.

I don't feel respected as a tax payer when trying to get a hold/help by someone at CRA. It is always a pain to call. I wish they could serve us better by providing alternate ways to solve small issues with our online accounts. UPDATE: April 19, 2021 - I waited 4 hours and 15 minutes to then receive an automatic message saying "due to technical difficulties you are being disconnected. Try again later". What a lack of respect! Unbelievable.

There phone service is completely useless because you can never get ahold of anyone and it just hangs up on you. The offices are all closed cause of covid, so your only option is to call but that is a waste of time and you have to spend the whole day trying to talk to someone and you never get on the line with a real person.

E	Earl Collier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ some of the call centre people are good, its the big wigs that make all the adjustments to tax info. right before christmas 2 years ago, i got a letter from one of them stating somewhere along the lines of: "we give sufficient notice when we make adjestments to tax stuff, so heres the notice. oh yea, you owe money with us because of this 'notice'." Greasy money hungry elites. Again, to reiterate, some of the call centre employees are great people.
