★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went at 9am for passport office. Service was fairly quick for having to wait in a small line. Employees were friendly and helpful who served us unfortunately I observed another I individual not have as helpful of an employee, but rather had someone who seemed quite annoyed to have to help them with their application

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My man and I were trying to get our passports setup and were unsure of some of the extra info needed to follow through with the application since we didn't have a guarantor. We were helped almost instantly, the lady we spoke with was very straight forward and informative. The only thing I can complain about is if you don't have a guarantor its definitely a lot more work and money to get your passport so if you can, at all costs find someone with a valid passport to sign off for you. Other than that our experience there was overall quick and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If your willing to wait due to covid you will be greeted with friendly security with great customer service. Upon entering, you will be met by people with again great customer service that is followed by even better advice.
Getting there as early as possible will save you so much time. Or book an appointment

She told me I'm not going inside with him I'm not allowed to explain anything. . I never seen Behave of service Canada. Secretary Woman. Check all the files ask questions. My cousin feels the wrong information. I'm going back tomorrow again. Please Service canada. If the security. SendFrom the doorIt is something wrong. I was came immigration officers . To get the right answer Not a security.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a building review. Beautiful pink hued downtown building that contains federal government services. It has one of the largest indoor atrium in Canada. Lots of space, has its own food court. Parking is available in the building. There is a staffed information desk that is very helpful and friendly. The building was finished construction in 1988 and has become a downtown Edmonton landmark ever since. Directly across from Edmonton Convention Centre it is easy to find. Right across Jasper Ave is the river valley

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever, rude employee , where on web site does it say book appointment. Then no appointment 3 hr wait thats not acceptable due pandemic. Two employees just standing there. Just need someone to put my paperwork to mail slot and stamped would have taken them less then 3mins . Not acceptable at all since pandemic is into second year with less restrictions. These people are making more then min wage. And there all just standing or walking around Hire more qualified people to help or make 3 people standing there help if not busy .j
