β β β β β Initially went there to get a banking related matter resolved and was told that it can only be done by phone by one of the TD advisers. When I called in by phone, they said that it can only be done in person. Went back and was able to get the matter personally looked into by the Branch Manager (CL). Really appreciated the help as the bank was rather busy when she helped resolve the problem for me.

β β β β β I wonder why Google doesnβt have a zero star option so have to give one star. Worst TD branch, the other branch took literally a while to process the same request!!! Questions you about our own money as if we are thieves, itβs our money and we have the RIGHT to withdrew as per the bankβs limit which we were quite well aware of, you are a bank employee and not an investigation officer!!!!

β β β β β The tellers at this TD location are a hit or miss, when it comes to service. Some of the tellers are really friendly, but some don't seem to care at all about you. One of the tellers had mistyped my address, leading to multiple delays in receiving banking documents.

β β β β β Absolutely love this bank never had a single problem have been with this branch for 8 years TD customer for 45 years and would not even contimplate moving. Maybe if you went in the branch with a smile on your face they just might smile back. Don't blame your bad attitude on them

β β β β β I had a very unpleasant experience with financial advisor Stella Wong Chiu. She came off as very judgemental and unforgiving of my current financial situation, cutting me off and talking in broken English, then responding in a very condescending attitude. I would not recommend booking any appointments with this old, passive aggressive hag.

β β β β β This bank acts like kids. They don't do something and when you complain, they LIE. I am not joking, they lie, and that is also a manager.
Now in 3-months, I am trying written response and no one wants to give one. I think they can't find someone mature enough to give a response. Then these kids know that there is nothing anyone can do. Big and powerful. Just to respond to a concern, they don't want to after they have found that their manager lied.
Keep it up TD Millbourne Mall. Feels nice to feel powerful when all you are weak and disgraceful.
