He went after work to get the package knowing it should have been in today, guy at the counter says that he has no packages for my dad.
Upon coming home we tracked my package and SEVEN HOURS EARLIER there was an email saying that it was ready to be picked up, and there was ANOTHER email saying that the location did in fact receive the package AS OF 1 OCLOCK. And my dad went at 8:30!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
DO YOUR JOB.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have my delivery label but nice staff have given without checking Id and my product to someone and when I went to pick up they said it is already picked up. But I have my delivery label that I suppose to pick up.
They do not know where is my produc.
Do not trust canada post they will give your product to someone else.
My bad I did not order online product. But it could be something from employer or someone send me gift. They want to claim from sender but I do not know sender.
Do not trust this staff ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JASPREET KAUR, she is very rude, i went there to pickup my parcel i had TRACKING ID with me and also the email from canadapost indicating that your parcel is ready for pick up, and i told her you should have my parcel, but she is so lazy ,did not check well and she told me we dont have it here , after 20min i went there again with BARCODE , and guess what now she is able to find my parcel and also there is TRACKING ID on label & she is still arguing with me about the tracking id , but she is not accepting her mistake and laziness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jo-Ann is great! Super friendly and kind and I have a feeling shes involved with training staff as they’ve all been great in recent years. I hope her boss knows how great she is!
Edit: this post office gets negative reviews for things out of their control- the staff is really great and that’s from over 5 years of coming to ONLY this location daily to ship parcels for my business and that’s due to how they treat customers. If your parcel is late, or a notice said it’s at the the office but it’s not: that’s not necessarily their fault. I have no stake in this game, I just really want great people to be treated accordingly.
