When i review the receipt, i find either prices are higher than what they should be, or some items have been duplicated. I had this incident happen multiple times. I go back and they do refund me, however i cant always spend the time to review the receipt to make sure i am not being charged extra. I recommend everyone to review their receipts for a while and i assure you, you will see those mistakes which you pay for and goes unnoticed.

I went to buy turnips and Chalo Freshco their sister store had them at $1.27 a pound whereas theirs was at $1.67. Counter lady Olena told me they don't match chalo Freshco and other stores. When I told her to call the manager she said she is the manager. I told her to take a look at their advertisement, upon which she told me to come and work at the counter. She was very rude and her behaviour was like unbecoming of an employee. I have witness who was next in line and noticed her behaviour and gave me his number if someone asks for witness to incident. Unhappy and Frustrated customer. I was regular customer of this location since 1987 and this lady lost it. Employees and manager need customer relations training.Also prices are more than other grocery stores on ethnic groceries which they don't match.
D	DARLENE B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I so happy to have a new grocery store so close to house. It fresh and clean, fully stock lots of variety. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only bad thing I can say was that my avocados went soft very quickly.

More than I feel disappointed from their worst customer service every time - I feel sad for the front area cashiers/manager(s). Funny was that a lady had a manager’s tag and she had 0 idea of what she’s doing and how rude and impolite she was with the customers around. Safeway was better in lot of aspects- better food choices and good customer service.

I was terminated for not doing 1 step in the office that isn’t even my job , nor a pay raise to do it. I was a great employee, loved all my friends and associates so much. All employees are afraid of her & would come to me expressing concern . She doesn’t have customer service skills & should not run a front end grocery store. I’ll be going to Union about her. I’ll never shop here again. Learn some respect & leave your stress at home , don’t take it to work and take it out on your employees. ✌?

Such an improvement over the Safeway that was there. I can't believe the great prices freshco has! However it is the variety and quality of the produce that keeps me coming back (and the big rotisserie chickens). The place has everything I need. Very friendly staff

S	Susan Bergunde on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a 2 part review as I have different experiences for the Pharmacy and the Grocery Store Area. So I averaged the score. Pharmacy Review: I'll give a 4☆ I've been a costumer here since Safeway for 30+ years. I've only had a handful of complaints in all those years. The pharmacy staff are friendly. They have my prescriptions ready for me and will call when my prescription is about to run out. ( I'm on a routine medication. ) Angelo is very good at his job, and very informative about the medications and suggestions if I am in need of it. The new Fresshco Grocery Store is a little different. 1☆ The manager, or supervisor is so impersonal. She doesn't acknowledge you, never smiles (I've given up after months of trying to get a smile on her face). They set this store up so badly. Originally the gate that you go through opened the wrong way and it would actually hit customers (children too) if they happened to be on the other side of it. Most of the staff seem friendly, but I find they lack a variety of products. They don't carry enough variety of tea. (herbal or sleepy time tea) If you've been to the pharmacy only, you have to either go through the cashier line to get out, or navigate the self serve area. Poorly set up. They do have some good price specials and some products are equivalent to other Grocery stores.
