★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t answer their phone. My packages are never delivered the courier states “wasn’t home, or no answer” when in all actuality I’ve been at home and they simply don’t bother to get out of their vehicle and come into my building.
Then when trying to complain the staff says there’s nothing they can do.
