G	G S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ November 30/2017: Tried to mail an envelope and wanted insurance on it. The clerk had the gall to ask me what was inside because they only insure gift cards up to a certain maximum amount. I told her it was private and decided to take my business elsewhere.
K	Kathreen le on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime if I need to mail something I go to Meadow brook Post office only on Weekends because the lady working there on weekends ,she is really friendly and intellectual .She has been very supportive all times and always smiles. She helps not only me, but other clients also a lot.
S	Shadetomb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless, they had my shipment for 2 weeks and never put it into the system. Had to submit a ticket and got corporate to track it down. It was there the whole time. They almost sent it back to shipper for there error. I followed up with them twice prior to this and they never bothered to look. Avoid this shoppers post office!
M	Man di on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ awful customer service!!!!!! stay away!! sharon (meadowbrook canadapost employee) incorrectly sent a “return to sender” package back to ME a week after i initially brought it in. then refused to return to sender once i brought it back again claiming she had no recollection but was busy talking to a friend. then she refused to give me her name as well aka GUILTY. ***please vet the hiring process a bit more strict to ensure quality customer service. i will not be back.

Three times went there always pessimistic faces and monotonous tone. And trying to sell me the express service and on the regular service they say we can not guarantee that when it will be reaching its destination..that sound like they are not hold accountable or responsible for their job
M	Melissa Doroshenko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0, I would. Canada post has always been inconsistent. I sent a package with them, insured, because the item I was sending was worth $500. When the item was never delivered to the destination and I called with all the information they simply told me my case was closed and there was nothing they could do. Also, I've expected express deliveries on a certain day and they have been several days late. Don't waste your time and money. Go for a more reliable shipping/ receiving company!!
R	Rohan Trivedi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am the kind of person that would never review anything but I am doing it for tne first time so just think how awful they are and how much mad they made me, this guy i called just before closing asked him politely if he can stay 5 more minutes after closing as i was on my way to the post office from wainwright as the parcel was for my brother and he is out of town for next month and i have no one here , i was just 5 minutes from the post office and this guy was like no i cant do that, i asked him many times, requested him, but he refused to listen, i know i understand that you have to follow certain protocol but at that moment i felt and i still feel that 5 minutes wouldn’t make a difference if he stayed for me. I am more frustrated about the part that he was not even listening to me.

Posted 2 parcels on the same day to 2 different addresses in the UK from Meadows post office on 34 St. There was a lady at the post office again, didn't care at all. My 2 packages never got to their destinations in the UK. I will not go to that Meadows P.O. again! Awful service!
