7	7thstplaza Of on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting this clinic few times now. Doctors and staff were very helpful and friendly. Dr. Mishra in particular was very knowledgeable and professional. She spends time to understand the problem and provides an effective treatment plan. Very satisfied and would recommend strongly to my family and friends.
R	Ravinder Malik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going there for one and half year now but they does not seem interested to keep the patient coming to their clinic.I already told Dr. Khan that i am living very far away from the clinic .Its 40 minutes drive to one side and still the front desk says they cannot send the prescription refill to my nearest pharmacy.I have to come to the clinic just to pick up my prescription and she does not allow to connect my call to Dr. Khan.Are you guys really serious that i have to drive almost 2 hours just to pick up my prescription ? They never call you back if they receive test results. Everytime i have to call them and ask if they have received it or not. Completely disappointed with them.And if you put a google review then they will threaten you that why are you putting the review on google , Just go to another clinic. Although Dr. Abdul Khan is nice but the front desk staff (all of them) is the worst staff ever i have met.And just so you know i won’t be coming back to your clinic even if it is the last clinic on earth as there are thousands of other clinic in Edmonton which are far better than you guys.Front desk behaves like they are illiterate people with no sense of how to communicate.
a	anam fatima on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr abdul rauf khan is the best dr at this clinic. Have great knowledge, and listens to the patient very humbly. Also his diagnosis is great. I am very satisfied with his expertise. Always available for his patients and take care of them. I always visit him if i need guidance and want my kids check up as well.
C	Curtis Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Mishra prescribed my girlfriend the wrong medication and diagnosed her improperly causing my girlfriend to become ANEMIC and HER KIDNEYS TO FAIL. Dr mishra is extremely unprofessional and the worst doctor out here. there will be a lawsuit against dr mishra upcoming as this is completely wrong and not the best CANADIAN PRACTICE.

The receptionist told me to "go find a doctor" because they wouldn't see me even as a walk-in patient. This was after I told her I was in pain. There is no compassion from the front end staff of this clinic.

O	Optimus Prime on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to a million doctors. I have my fair share of stories but I saw doctor Abdul Rauf and he went over everything with me regarding my health. Clarified a whole bunch of misinformation that I had been given. Started me on a new medicine and I feel good. I know I have a long way to go but my initial interaction was very positive and I wish that all doctors become like him. I will be following up and hopefully I’ll get better soon.
