★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a terrible group of ppl. I had a sliced finger and because i got there right before closing they sent me to the ER instead of taking 10 minutes to give me stitches. They just lied and said no doctor was there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience i've ever had at a clinic. Waited for more than 1 and half hour. Doctor comes in and tells me he can’t treat me today coz he has other appointments waiting. Don’t waste your time going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, We waited for 2 hours still Batoor- the Receptionist didn’t informed the Doctor. But she had Doctor attend around 5 other patients who arrived after us, very disappointing. She is very unprofessional. Don’t know why she did this but one should never waste another’s time. Very rude and disrespectful. Doctors must pay attention towards their front end staff members!! Never coming back to this place to see any doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0/5 . Dr Aasim Malik is very rude and unprofessional. He looked at my problem for one second . No joke. He didn't ask if I was in pain he didn't touch it and when I asked for a lancet. He said he would at the beginning but then refused. He told me if I didn't like the service I could go to the ER . Really your benevolence? I am aloud? Thank you so much . He then prescribed pain meds , but once again, didn't ask if I was in pain. Cash grab. 0/5 0/5 0/5 Terrible doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Malik is very rude and unprofessional. No empathy towards patients. I got my ankle injured and went there 3 times in over a week, still i have no clue about what's the treatment. Everytime i go and see them, they lie about what treatment they prescribed me last time. I regret going there for my injury. My ankle could be damaged for life due to their incompetence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I read the reviews I see people had good and bad experiences with the same doctor. Personally, I have been with Dr. Zehra for years, and I most admit it has been good and sometimes not so, but as a human I understand sometimes can be difficult in their profession to face patient after patient some of them very rude, it can be tiring. But, she has never let me hanging, she listens to me even when gets difficult to understand me language, she has been patient for most of the times and has send me in the right directions.
The time to make separate appointments it's my biggest complain, but is my health and I have to find the way.
Pd. I had in the past visit multiple clinics trying to find a good doctor and had the worse experiences of my life.
Dr. Zehra is an angel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have not been to this clinic in some time due to a doctor that I was not comfortable with his care towards patients. I had given it another try and a new doctor I seen here was great. She listened and I feel I got the care needed. Definitely happy with the new to me doctor!
