★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To date, they have the best service compared to the other medicenters that we've visited (and we've visited other medicenters with great service). The staff at Tawa Medical Center are very welcoming and the doctors seems genuinely concerned for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On my last visit, I went to see Dr. Mami Mustafa to review my results. Himself did not see me, another lady came instead of Dr. mustapa with her attitude and ask us to leave the room because my daughter got up on the bed, when I grabbed her on my lap my other daughter opened the cabinet. Her behavior was not professional, very rude and she did not review all of my results with me. After we left the room, I was sitting in a waiting room, in front of the other patient, she is telling me this medication is " naming my problem" and after I looked at her then she ask me to come in a side of the hallway beside the receptionist where they take the temperature. I asked her to give me a copy of my results and sick note, but she did not.I am not happy from him, its been few times, I feel not being respected as a patient. I am not recommending him to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hours say they close at 7pm. I brought my two daughters in to get checked of there concerned at 630pm. The doctor on at the time refused to see and check them out which would have taken a couple of minutes each all because he wanted to go home. Nice to refuse patient's of medical treatment. I work in a restaurants/hotel if people came in just before we close we still have to serve them. What's the point in hours of operation then.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor will listen to your concerns and address them to t your best benefit. Anyone coming in should be prepared with details of their concerns and have all the facts ready. Front staff is friendly and efficient as well. Facility is well taken care of and in good location. Bring your license plate number with you, front staff will take care of the paid parking issue.

MAMI is one of the finest family doctor I have ever seen, very polite, punctual, on the point, straightforward, humble, listens whole thing patient has to say & suggest the solution. we have been going to them for almost five years & will keep going to him. I cant find words to express but will say he is the Best. Will def. Recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've now seen Dr. Mami twice, what a wonderful experience. He is professional and polite. Even my husband pointed out that he actually listens to what you are saying. The front reception ladies are also nice and pleasant. I have anxiety and they have patience for me. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors Fetouri and Mami are the best I’ve ever seen in my Life. Highly competent, conscientious, compassionate, professional and efficient with diagnoses. All specialists referred are terrific as well. I am so lucky to have had them both help take care of me.
