I went in for my postpartum appointment(should be 6 week but got available appointment at 10th week); waited there for 50minutes for a quick ( no less than 5minutes) pap test!!! She is always busy and in rush. I was so happy when was appointed one of the best OB(as per reviews) during my pregnancy but was really disappointed as when she was at the hospital during my active labor, she sent me home without considering my pain or potential danger to my baby as his heart rate was falling down!! When went in the hospital again, glad the on-call OB Dr.Fraser took immediate decision for c-section to save my baby and me!!!
Even during my regular visits, she barely appeared to be concerned or give advise. I was always told no spouse or baby allowed, but everytime there were spouses and/babies present. Their rules differ from person to person,
which made me feel differentiated . She never acknowledged my concerns !! However I always felt welcomed with smile from her assistant Margi, she always listened, gave tips and answered my concerns. Her receptionist too is very rude.she was loud and had no respect for anybody's confidentiality and privacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This doctor is always in a rush. She treated me in the hospital and I had a complicated case. She refused to order an ultrasound because she would have to deal with the results during her shift. After pleading with her multiple times, she finally ordered an ultrasound but instructed I get it done after her shift ended. I am so disappointed in this doctor because she came in highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wish i could give 0 stars. Very rude and horrible doctor. Refused to tell me about my sons kidney issues and almost killed him. thank god she wasn’t the on call doctor for his birth. DO NOT GO TO HER FOR YOUR KIDS SAFETY. Very rude and does not know what she’s doing, i don’t know why she has so many good reviews

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend going to dr Mccubbin. She is very quick in her checkups and never shows any concerns towards her patients. She never bothered to check blood reports thoroughly and ignored our family thalasemia trait that was a big blunder. Neither she visited my wife for postpartum complication despite asking her to stay a night in hospital , and never showed up the next day.
She behaves biased.
Not satisfied with her at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the clinic and asked for a mask at the reception and I was told that they just don't give them away. Waited more than an hour to see the doctor and finally the when we met with the doctor she was in a rush and did not completely provide me with my reports. I was told that I would receive a call regarding my reports but never received the call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr mccubbin is a fantastic doctor, any concerns I had she made me feel at ease. I felt confident that me and my son were in perfect hands, we were always taking care of!
I most definitely will be having her as my OB again for my third child!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. McCubbin is a great doctor, she answers all your questions and has a lot of experience. I have a lot of trauma and mistrust from accessing health care so it’s a nice sense of comfort seeing this doctor and knowing she isn’t going to push any unnecessary interventions on me during delivery.
I would give this clinic 5 stars, but the front desk clerk is honestly so rude. Everyone else here is so kind and accommodating. But the receptionist is impatient, gets annoyed quickly and tends to snap at you often. When I read reviews for this clinic I was not surprised to see this is the feeling for a lot of people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Dr. McCubbin for my last pregnancy. It was overall an okay experience. The nurse at the clinic was wonderful, the doctor was okay (to the point type of person, not hand holding type which was fine), receptionist was okay (don’t think she’s necessarily rude but doesn’t give off a naturally nice feeling). What I did have a problem with was some days they would make you wait 1+ hours for a 2 minute appointment. Maybe don’t book so many appointments on days you know you’re going to be on call? Why do I have to waste my time so you can make more money?
