Referred, I called to confirm my appointment . The office manager has a mental illness. After asking about the doctors level of experience, not only did I catch her lying, stating her doctors that just graduated four years ago has delivered millions and millions of babies, highly unprofessional sarcasm in the workplace if not an outright LIE. but she bit my head off , started yelling and stated she's not here to sell her doctors. Wat a crazy lady. Scary cruel and insane
Obvious that she was hiding something I researched their reviews and low and behold , read some horrible experiences at 2.7 out of five.
It's my first child, I'm getting another referral, somewhere where their reassuring , proffessional, confident and have nothing to hide .When I called back after being yelled at and hung up on to clarify why shes so upset over asking about a doctors experience level which was roughly four years, she continually hung up the phone, chanting illegibelle comments in a highly juvenile manner. I was shocked and thankful that I don't have these people involved in mine and my child's care. Lollll
Somebody needs her meds. Cookooo!
She must be a former Alberta hooker that got an education and now has something to prove...whoot. Whoot. ....u go girl!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes while other patients came and went after her. When she asked the desk personnel when she would be getting in to see Dr. Baydock they told her that she wasn't going to be able to see her doctor today and that she would have to wait. When my daughter informed them that she would have to reschedule they were rude and informed her that she would have to work around their schedule and that they could not accommodate her. I've never dealt with Dr. Baydock or any of her staff but I don't appreciate getting calls from 8 month pregnant daughter whom is crying while rushing to get back to work because of the way she was treated by the staff in this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've seen Dr. Baydock for 2 pregnancies and I absolutely love her! She is friendly, always runs on time, and I always felt listened to. She is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to obstetrics and I trusted her completely with my prenatal care.
