I was lucky to meet a realtor who was as knowledgeable, accurate and fast as Stephen. His team Lori, Faye, is also fantastic. Working as a team rather than one realtor is very fast and accurate. My house got an offer 3 days after listing, and it was sold immediately. I am happy to work with his team. They are all friendly and absolutely knowledgeable. The strategy of selling a house is also very good. It was a service I had never seen before. I would recommend to everyone. The best team that will never disappoint!

At first, me and my partner were not sure if we would need a real estate agent or we would just go to the builder directly for a new house, until Stephen and Faye were introduced to us. They directly answered our questions truthfully, educated us on the pros and cons of a new house as well as well as the advantages and disadvantages of a mature neighborhood. Stephen and Faye are excellent, hardworking and have great work ethic. My family and I were faced with an extremely tight deadline for purchasing our new home. We were first-time homebuyers and we viewed 4+ homes in 2 days and had decisions to make. He explained things really well and outlined pros and cons for different houses - and advised on purchase strategy as well. Both of them were easy to reach, spent hours answering our questions during the sale process, extremely helpful and connected us to the right people. Both are very professional and friendly. As out of town buyers in the Edmonton market, we just had to leave a review for Stephen. Stephen is the definition of the word “hustle”! Rarely have we worked with a professional who is so dedicated to their clients and so readily available at all hours of the day. Having earned a BComm and law degree, Stephen is different than your typical agent and brings real pricing and negotiation skills which were of great help in a competitive market. When you choose Stephen as your realtor, you really get a “two for one deal” as he works alongside his wife, Faye, meaning there is always someone to attend to your inquiries, house viewing requests, etc. while the other one may be occupied. Stephen and Faye were very insightful on Edmonton’s market, responsive to questions we had and eager to find homes that matched our criteria. Throughout our search, we had to work through a ridiculously competitive market (houses were being listed and sold the same day) but thanks to their quick action we were able to secure viewings immediately as they went around the city checking out properties on our behalf. They are both constantly on the road and never made us feel like we were imposing on their time by making them drive around the city to look at one house after another. I did not expect a realtor to check out a home on 10 minutes notices at dinner time, but that is Stephen! The best part as an out of town buyer is the technology Stephen leverages. For each home we viewed, we received plenty of high quality photos, a video recording which was uploaded for future reference, and a live walkthrough with Stephen where he could answer our questions and give us a feel for the surrounding neighbourhood. This gave us a different angle to compare and contrast what we saw on MLS and make better decisions. I did something I never thought I would do. We bought a home sight unseen during the pandemic with Stephen and his wife, Faye’s, help. Stephen was fantastic and helped us to learn more about the different areas in Edmonton, the schools, and future road construction. Stephen was flexible as we learned more about what we wanted. They also took lots of pictures and took videos of houses we were interested in which really helped because the pictures on realtor sights are wide angled and do not show everything. They went above and beyond and helped us to understand the purchase process. In the end, we got an excellent deal on a house in a beautiful neighborhood which was better then we expected.
