Stefan helped him purchase a beautiful retirement home in Picton, Ontario and to this day my dad raves about him. My experience working directly with Stefan was nothing short of amazing. My wife and I stumbled across a condo we wanted to purchase and called Stefan. Given how competitive the market is in Toronto, Stefan immediately made the drive into Toronto and secured a viewing. Within an hour after the viewing he had our offer in. We are first time home buyers and Stefan explained everything step by step. He also gave us great advice about how much to offer and despite there being a bidding war, and our offer being slightly lower, the seller picked us! One reason given was because of how kind and respectful Stefan was when interacting with the seller's agent. He also referred us to contacts to help get us an incredible deal on our mortgage.
