S	Shehtazbir Singh Sohi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The landlord or leasing manager or whatever she is. She is the most rudest person i have ever seen. Always trying run from work or problems. Something happen and we try to tell her the problems. Her reply is i don’t have time. She should retire as being old she can’t handle the responsibilities.

The manager always told me to call the police on other residents for noise complaints or health and safety concerns when it was clearly something she should have dealt with herself. The police officers even said that it was her responsibility. I found bedbugs several times and she did almost nothing about it. Maintenance and pest control walked in unannounced several times with no notices. There was constantly police in the building. If you value your health and sanity never move into these buildings.

The maintenance guys are awesome and can fix whatever you need fixing. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, quiet neighborhood that's close to everything. This is a very friendly multicultured building that I'm proud to call home and come home to. This is my honest review from an non negative tenant.
T	Tea Garrow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had some minor issues when I first moved in, building manager has never pushed any problems aside that I've brought to her attention. They have security that comes through now and the cleaning lady's deserve an applaude, maintenance to.
M	Melissa Marshall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They only care about full suites not good tenants. Junkie above me stomps around all night and starts doing laundry at 7:00am. Its like living under a race track. Oh and the tim hortons truck pulls up every morning at 4 am and honks so if you sleep ever DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! I tried talking to the landlord and she makes like everything is fine, wont even talk to them.

We both had jobs and we didn't spend much time in the flat. When we got out of the flat six months later she told us that the whole flat had been destroyed and that no one could use it anymore.They took more than half of the deposit from us for mere reasons. I don’t know how it can be so ugly when two adults live in a flat for just six months. we both cleaned the flat very well.so be careful

I was told by the inspector that it was fine and that the past tenant did have bed bugs but they treated and he didn't see anything. Fast forward to January 2022. Yes I indeed have bed bugs. I was breaking out constantly thinking I had new allergies. Losing my mind. They have since treated the place. I am doing everything by the book. However still getting new bites and no one is doing a thing about it. This place is a shot hole. Don't move here. As soon as I can get out I will be. Unprofessional as well. Zero stars given.
