★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had a wonderful experience with the Kelvin Group at Ridgewood Apts. Very clean building and the manager was very accommodating and very nice. I would definitely recommend this building to anyone looking for a clean , quiet place and safe place to live

We are forced to pay for September which is the month after we moved out (in the end of August) knowing that we notified them at the end of July (one month's notice as in the contract) without the agent giving us the document to sign. today, the agent denies the fact that she had been informed, especially that there is no camera in the office to testify to it. Dad experience and big disappointment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I lived at the southdale apartment complex in millwoods and it was honestly a great place to live. We would have stayed longer if work didn’t take us away. It is a bit of an older building but most suites are updated and well maintained. If you get an upper floor they have balconies and some are very spacious.The grounds are well maintained and if anything needed attention the landlord would respond usually same day with an answer. Im we never had any issues with neighbours. And it’s a great place especially for young professionals looking for a place to start. Laundry is shared but almost always available. Also they have a zero tolerance for infestations, never had to be concerned with it. And they make sure to do inspections regularly with proper notice. Would recommend.
