a	ang ee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contrary to one of the reviews below, I think the landlord is doing a great job. The care that is taken of the building was the reason I chose it. If anything needs fixing he is on it and he makes sure the building is checked for bedbugs on a regular basis so it can be dealt with ASAP. This is my first apartment experience and I have been enjoying it so far.
A	Amber Brown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We lived here for over two years. One parking stall for a 3 vehicle family but there was visitor parking that we used. Our landlord was friendly and helpful. They get 3 stars because laundry was over priced for very small loads, our plate got stolen off our vehicle, and we found out that there was a sewage leak under our suite and we have no clue how long we were in hauling that grossness for. Apparently there was maggots down there too. Yuck. One plus was our neighbour had brought bedbugs home from use of public transit and they had dogs come in the very next day to check if they had made it into ours and they also had them do a follow up a little wile after just to make sure again. **I would recommend these apartments to family & friends but I would not move back myself because apartments are too small for OUR growing family.

Monica, a pleasant lady who ensures that the building is clean at all times. The maintenance person is also very efficient and friendly. Thank you all. I hope u keep up the good work.

He is straight forward with us and understanding of problems that the tenants face. The common areas are cleaned regularly, and the building is getting a face lift. Our experience here has been unmatched by others and I hope that Kelson Group ownership provides as good to this management team here as they do to us.

David, his wife and his staff have always been very professional and prompt with all the complaints and queries. Every season I notice David working hard by removing snow, cleaning parking lot and putting all his efforts in timely manner to provide us clean and safe living environment. T	Tiffany S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing crew, the cleaning lady, maintenance man, and the hardworking landlord made my 4 years a very pleasant stay. The apartments were always in tip top shape, and mandatory yearly pest inspections made me feel a lot safer and comfortable. David is straightforward, right to the point, and he cares a lot about his tenants. Before signing the lease we did a very deep inspection and let the landlord know about anything we noticed, which, surprise! Was none. The rest of the tenants in the building I stayed were also very friendly, I had no issues with any of my neighbors and never once filed a complaint. These buildings are full of honest hardworking people. The moment I moved in I noticed almost immediate renovations, it was really nice to know that the money I was paying for the apartment, was going back into the apartments. Overall a really great first time renting experience, and I could even go as far as to say I consider David the landlord my friend.

It is a nice and quiet building and not to mention that the building is maintained really well. I would strongly recommend any one to stay here if they a looking for an apartment in friendly & clean environment and don't want to break their Bank.
