S	Steve on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most useless lazy 2 women in the office . Over 6 months there has been a humming going through my walls . It's a pulsating hum that is so bad it's hard to sleep, it never stops ,I have to wear earplugs to sleep and headphones to watch TV . I had out of town company that was suppose to stay over and they had to go to a hotel because they couldn't sleep with that noise . I told them many possibilities it could be and the proper people to hire to find the noise . They don't live here so they really don't care . They checked one time and gave up . I've talked to other people in my building and they aren't just rude and inconsiderate to me but to anyone they decide they don't like . Very unprofessional. Stay as far away from anything canwest runs as you can !!! I'd give em 5 terds and not one star if I could!! Update !!!! They kicked me out for complaining and when I was moving out my cat got in the hallway and they stole her , I can hear her calling from inside the apartment the office lady lives in , she takes down my missing cat posters and kept my cat and her brother won't stop calling for her, he barely eats he is so sad and what he does eat won't stay down . These are evil people and will go to no ends when they decide they don't like you because all you want is for them to do their job .

It is refreshing to deal with a property manager that encourages good stewardship of condominium boards and provides excellent documentation in a timely manner. Thank you and keep up the great work.

P	Pawandeep Kaur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst management, they dont have any sense how to talk to someone, i have a problem of cockroaches in my appartment, i went to the office, lady said property manager is not avaialbe today so i cant help you, i went to office building next day to talk because cockroaches are everywhere even in my dishes, so when i called they sound so rude and when i told her problem she hang up the phone 2 times and one of their senior called to me and she was like, you threaten to my employee, you swear on her, this and that eventhough she did not even listen what i was trying to say, like literally, you people do not know how to deal with someone.
s	s v on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This management is a scam, they billed me an invoice and sent it to my address by the time that reached my home they sent another because I took too long. Good thing I know others in the apartment that they have tried sending these invoices too for no reason.
C	Cody Rodriguez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never answer their emergency line, completely negligent management, fire hazards in the buildings, cocroach infestation in the common areas that they REFUSE to do anything about. They're aware of the roaches, health and fire hazards but have refused both verbally and in writing to do anything about it. Management should be dissolved and their buildings should be condemned.
