★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parents moved here from out of province and signed a six-month lease, over $1,000 for a tiny one-bedroom apartment in Millwoods is way overpriced. Then when they left at the end of their lease with proper notice the landlady here was very mean and rude to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived there for a few years and it had it's ups and downs just like every apartment. I cannot remember my landlord's name at the time, wish I did. All I can say is that he was great. He kept that place very clean all though winter and summer! He was out there keeping the place in good shape.. We had a flood in the parking lot one year due to a flash flood. He was out there in the middle of the night in the pouring rain with a bucket bailing out the neighbours balcony's out. Those who lived on the bottom floor. They put up cement walls shortly after that. Witch is good! Every other manger I had were also great.
The outside looks great now. It's an older building and it needed a face lift. It has a great Elementary School where my friends daughter gone too. very close by. It's close to the Hospital and Police Station. Bus stop not far although right now may be difficult due to LRT construction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager and husband are very accommodating. What ever the maintenance need in my place they do it right away. Maintenance Henry is very nice and he do his work and complete everything and clean as well. Hillview state building is very nice and peaceful place to live

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager Michelle is very rude. Her husband is a good man. We left this condo because of Michelle. Our neighbors left for the same reason. She never addressed our problems right away. Worst management ever. I lived there for 4 years. Do not recommend.

DO NOT RENT HERE. There is nicer,cheaper places to live. I phoned in to let the head office know that he was really difficult to deal with it,made me want to move the second we could. They just said “ yeah we know, people have came up to us before” but that’s it… they don’t actually care about your time there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived here for three years. The owners have taken great care of these apartments, and have been very considerate especially during the pandemic. The landlords and maintenance staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. Any issues have been dealt with promptly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On site management were super friendly and took as much time as required to show me everything i needed to know about the building. I received prompt responses to questions I had. Building looks great and close to important shopping centers. Grounds are tidy and look great. The interior of my apartment was immaculate and exactly as advertised on the website.
