C	Christopher Toth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Water issues for as long as I have been living here (maybe 8 or 9 years) at this point and every time the owners switch they don't care to fix the problem, just slap a bandaid on it and call it a day. over priced when the water needs maintenance every 2-4 weeks which is a human right...

Now the parking lot is becoming full of trash because people will always be too lazy to walk farther to put the trash on the other side of the building, so they are just throwing it under their cars and letting the wind take it. This property used to be so nice and well taken care of until the current Supers/Owners took over. And no response from Supers or Owners, it's such a very simple request for the convenience of your tenants. The Garbage bin has always been there, but now it's been gone since Fri March 18th 2022. Don't move here, there are bugs everywhere and the building does not care about hygiene or keeping the grounds and parking lot clean. Your Rental experience will gradually get worse and worse.

They are very nice, friendly, approachable and so helpful. When I had a problem, they were on top of it right away and made sure there was a solution. A	Amanda Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Out of all the building I have lived in from Scarborough to oshawa, this building has to be the cleanest well taken care of everyday, both supers do any amazing job around here to maintain this building, the garbage area cleanest I have seen in a building before I will say since moving here me and my family and my daughter especially have been so happy here my daughter loves it she is so happy and there is plenty for everyone to do around here so many amenities close by, you ever need anything done or need to talk or ask questions they are there always to help and they get things done unlike many other buildings the supers here care to fix any issues you have. I would love to give this building a 5 star rating and to anyone looking to move into a building I highly recommend you move here you will love it hands down.

The one constant I can say is we have the best property managers I have had the pleasure to know in my 20+ yrs living here. They are very professional, knowledgable and sincere and a pleasure to talk to. They always go above and beyond for our tenants, and if any issues arise, they are resolved right away. What also stands out for me, is their friendliness, and constant efforts to keep our building a comfortable, clean, safe and friendly place to live.
