★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm giving this location a 1 star only because I couldn't give it anything less. My mom and I have been coming to this location for a while, and everytime we think our order is gonna be right, it's not. And so everytime we go, we have to make sure that our order is right, because everytime we go, we're always missing napkins, ketchup and getting the wrong order. Did not like the fact that some of the staff are VERY pushy, and being given snarky comments. Also didn't like the fact that we were being rushed when giving the order and receiving the order. I'm sorry but the customer service here isn't great. And the one lady there, Vivian, isn't very nice,, very rude, pushy and when we phoned ahead before, she pretended she couldn't hear us. So yeah, not very happy. And this is me being nice, for the sake of the review section.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nuggets are better than McDonald's and way cheaper (plus you get more). The jalapeño poppers are good. Food is pretty quick to make. Burgers are pretty big too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried BK a couple of times in my younger years and did not enjoy it at all....fast forward a few years and my husband has always like BK, so I broke down and tried the chicken burger. And holy smokes it was good! Since then, I tried the King Jr., roadhouse burger and the cheeseburger. Lol! And they were all very good!
My only complaint would be that the onion rings are a little mushy so if they were to be cooked a bit longer. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Chicken Caesar salad was a garden salad-no romaine lettuce.
Also the Chicken was hot, and put directly on the lettuce. They missed one of the items i ordered, and refused to give me a refund for the salad. Very Dissatisfied, Not going back. Honestly they don't even deserve one star today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never order on skip. They literally can’t get a single thing right. It’s not a wrong condiment sort of issue (people can live with that), it’s entire items missing from their bundles so you can’t even get a partial refund for the food you paid for and never received.
Best get your fast food somewhere they actually check the bag to make sure all the items are there before handing it off the the courier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just ordered, checked the burger. It’s marked correctly. No lettuce, onion or pickle. Get home. Only onions. Not even ketchup or mayo. Nice joke Burger King. Not in the mood to pack up two kids who are currently eating just so I can eat. This is why we never eat out any more. Doesn’t matter if it’s fast food or not. No one cares any more. I’ll be going back tomorrow for my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gotta give these guys 5 stars. I ordered a king Mel, Loved it. But I tried the jalapeño bites and they were terrible (Not the restaurant but the quality) they were quick to fix it and I enjoyed the whole visit! Definitely will go again, Fresh and hot!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at this store and hardly visit the Burger King brand. A friend asked me to go there, that I will surely love it. I gave it a trial and boom, it worth it. The burger was juicer than other brands that I have tasted and the chicken nugget was not soggy....
