TacoTime Millwoods - Edmonton

I bought a bean burrito this afternoon. It was smaller (less filling) than what a soft taco would "normally" have. To top off this bad experience there was no enchilada sauce available. If I had more time I would have gone back to ask for a refund. I used to frequent this location regularly (5 plus years ago).

Horrible. Went with my son to get taco time and apparently they decide to close 20 mind early while myself and my son are waiting to be served. Asked If they were closing and was ignored. 10 mins later he says yes. I said it's 20 to 5, no customer service, it's a joke. Won't be back ever. I don't live close and drove 20 mins for taco time all to be treated poorly.

Worst Taco Time I've ever been to. My beef burrito consisted of 90% lettuce, 4% tomatoes, 3% cheese and 3% beef. No joke. When I asked for more beef and more cheese I was told "We follow a very specific recipe here." So I then asked for less lettuce instead. I was again told "We follow a very specific recipe here, sorry.". I then replied with, " I understand that, but I'm asking for less lettuce please, and this is not my first time at a Taco Time, and this far less meat and cheese than I've ever had." They replied, "Sorry, that's how we do it here." Wow. I then watched the girls count every tater that went into my Mexi-fries... and even removed a few, (probably because it was too many, I assume?) I know they were counting them, because I watched them scoop up 3-4 at a time, and I watched their fingers count each one! Seriously? This has to be a gag. When I asked for hot sauce, they gave me 1. I asked for another one, (Because I wanted 1 for my burrito and 1 for my Mexi-fries), and was greeted with a protest from the employees! Over a scoop of Hot Sauce? Really guys? I argued yet again, and finally got a 2nd hot sauce from the girl, only to have it taken back immediately by the old guy (manager I believe) I couldn't believe it. Now I've heard of pinching pennies, but Wow! This was a whole other level. I was so upset, I then asked for my money back. They refused, and said "We have other customers to attend to now. Please move." Unbelievable! This place is a disgrace to the franchise name.

Quite possibly the worst taco time I've ever been to. I got sick (food poisoning) 4 hours after buying food there. BEWARE the few positive reviews.....probably inserted by the owner. Look at all the negative reviews. If you get sick it's on you!

Bought a few tacos, I asked for hot sauce. Did not get it in bag. I asked for hot sauce, and woman working gave me 2 hot sauces, and then older man working at counter, took 1 hot sauce and gave it to lady customer. This was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I said only 1 hot sauce for 5 tacos. I said why are you soo cheap. This person appears to be owner or manager, he has no skills how to treat customers or people. Don't give this place your business. When I got home to eat the 5 tacos, they had no taste like taco time should taste like. The hamburger meat had no spice, and very bland. Hardly any fillings. This is the worst place to get food at.

The worst place to go. I went in the mall to get taco time specifically for me and my roommate for dinner. First of all I was one of only 2 people in line; it took them 20 minutes to prepare my meal. Next I got home to realize that my deluxe mexi fries had 7 tater tots in it. That's it. 7 Then my roommates tacos had almost no cheese or meat, just stuffed with lettuce and no sour cream or anything. The price was stupid too 33 bux for trash. NEVER GO THERE.

The owner or whoever was working there (the older man) was super rude and awful, I first ordered a regular deluxe Nachos, I paid and waited for like 10-15 minutes for it to be done, picked up the food and went to Starbucks across the street from the mall, upon opening the food I realized he gave me a Large regular nacho which consists of a bit of tomato and cheese sauce on nacho chips. I immediately went back and told him this wasn’t what I paid for considering I wanted the regular size of deluxe which is the same price as the large regular, he then continued to tell me he knows what came out of my mouth better then me and knows what I ordered better then me. I asked the person who was with me if he knew what I asked for and he agreed I ordered the regular deluxe. He was beyond rude and misleading. I finally agreed to pay the extra $1 or 30 cents for him to just fix his mistake and put the beef on my nachos and he said no I’d have to pay the full amount. I ended up leaving the $8 nachos I paid for but didn’t ask for at the counter after continuously asking him to fix his mistake. He was loud and rude towards me raising his voice when I asked politely repeatedly for him to fix his mistake or just to add the extra toppings and I’ll pay the extra few dollars. Wasted money and horrible customer service and will never go back. I’ve been to countless taco times and they’ve always had the best customer service. I know see why this place has so many bad reviews. Will be letting other people know not to come to this location as well. Perhaps you guys should get better management there. -sincerely a pregnant woman just wanting her deluxe Nachos lol.

Worst experience ever. There was hardly any cheese and barely any beans. To make thongs worse found hair in the food half way… ended up throwing it .. disappointing experience.. #tacotime worst experience ever..
