★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad/old plumbing system (many units had floods while I lived there, including mine), make damn sure you keep tenant insurance if you rent there. and has pest issues in some apartments/buildings. Magnum York isnt a good property management company, and they handle most of Ridgewood's rentals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Complex. Ample parking, assigned & on-street. Also, very close to transit. Rental suites available as well as owner-occupied units. Handy enclosed balcony storage space, on all floors, in addition to decent size in-suite store room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popped in to visit a friend who resides here and haven't been to see her for over a year now.
I had to write this review because I was pleasantly surprised to see the changes made to the building with new siding, new windows and landscaping the building has a totally new appearance. When entering into the building again the difference is instantly noticeable as you can smell airfreshners and the corridors are brighter with new lighting it is visibly cleaner too. Prior it was dark, untidy and unclean and had a combination of very bad odours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I moved in with my fiance in 208 4015 26 Ave nw. As soon as I moved in our landlord changed his tone with us not for the better. Dishwasher was broken took him to days to get a used one. The oven you have to be set at 450 for anything to cook. The stove the back two burners barely worked. Than when the toilet was plugged he made us wait tell the next day to fix it. He told us if we want it fixed we would have to pay for it. Once we told him we were moving he didn't like it every much. I wouldn't rent from him I rather be homeless.
