Milestone Towing

I GAVE A ONE STAR BECAUSE THERE IS NO OPTION FOR ZERO OR NEGATIVE NUMBERS!!! On the 10th of Feb at about 6pm, I stuck with a flat around 118 ave and 93 st. Edmonton in freezing cold (-35°C). My insurance company (Belair direct) called Milestone for roadside assistance. After waiting for the usual 1hr, the service vehicle came and refused to assist me claiming that I didn't have the tool to loosen my spare tire leaving me to my fate in the extreme freezing weather. My insurance company was unable to get another service provider because of the time and advised that I should try getting one on my own for a tow. The closest I could get was still Milestone who later sent another provider (T and A towing) to tow me, I was disappointed at the nonchalance showed by the Milestone tire service person who did not even attempt any alternative. The next day I used a normal adjusting wrench to loosen the spare tire . How do you provide tire service when you don't have basic tire service tools in your service vehicle and expect the stranded person to have all the tools?

My two service-people (neglected to get their names) went the extra mile towing my camper van from one tight spot and into another tight spot across town. They were incredibly nice and helpful, and pulled off a difficult job without any issues.

My car was in the ditch last night and they didn’t take a long time to come. Moreover, only took around 5-6 minutes to pull the car out of the ditch. Really effective and efficient service. The prices are good too. Highly recommended ? Thank you for the great service and thank you for helping during the pandemic. We appreciate you ?

I had my friends car break down due to the road conditions, the driver (Terry) estimated a 20 minute wait and reached before time. He was the polite, professional and did the job with ease. Dropped us to the location and helped us reach our home as well. Haven’t seen someone more courteous. Thank you terry for the service. Highly recommended!

The reviews do not lie. I had the pleasure of dealing with both Kat on the dispatch side of things and Abdul on the towing side of things--seriously impressed with this company! My car had the unfortunate disaster of having a recall that literally prevented me from starting my car. I was in the West End while my car was in the South-side, my keys were at my in-laws, and I had to travel out of town to Jasper in less than four days. Because of Milestone's incredible, professional, and prompt service, I was able to solve all the above problems. Not only were the rates great, they also went as far as going to my in-laws house (FIRST) to grab my keys, and then head to my car. Only charged me $15 for this extra service. I never got to see my car until I picked it up from the dealership. Incredible. On top of it all was the most professional and sincere service with impeccable manners (means a lot, honestly). A huge thanks to Milestone's and the amazing team they have there. If you are looking for a tow truck company that gets the job done and treats you right, call these guys! Thanks again! The tow truck driver pinched the front of my car when he lifted the vehicle up and they are not taking responsibility for the damages, denying everything they can. He pulled the wheel well out while doing so. When I called to explain what happened the person who answered was yelling on the phone and was absolutely useless. He wouldn't let me talk, kept trying to say it was roadside assistances problem instead of mine. They like to accuse customers of fraudulent claims instead of trying to solve the issue.

I had an accident and they picked my vehicle to their yard and informed me that the yard is secured. I missed to pick my garage opener from my car and next day somebody break in into my home. And when i get to the yard, as suspected somebody opened my car and took the opener out and found my address from my visiting card. I found my biggest mistake asking them to take my car and second leaving garage opener in my car. The worst is they dont want to agree that it has happend in their yard. Also they were suppose to deliver my vehicle to the repair shop on Saturday and they delayed until Tuesday, and now they r charging for storage that was due to delay from their side to deliver the vehicle. I must tell you this company is full of unethical people and they allow theifs to break in. Just to answer ur comment as I am not allowed to reply. 1. My car cannot be open without my key and there was no lock break happend. So its clearly somebody opened using my key which was under your possession. 2. John at ur service desk said yesterday ie monday that he cant transfer my vehicle to the body shop because there is lot of snow and three other vehicle is in front of mine so they cant move that today. He didnt speak abt money...same on Saturday they tried to make deliver late at nite but body shop was closed. 3. You can also look at attached pictures when my car was hit the front bumper was damaged a bit but when ur people deliver my vehicle this morning the whole front bumper was significantly damaged. I am not looking for any defensive statements but atleast being an owner you should accept the mistake on ur front.

Great customer service, speed and care. Price was among the lowest and it’s been extremely busy but they still were able to get my truck towed very quickly.
