★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this location everyone is always so friendly and accommodating. I had planned to pick my balloon order on a Saturday but had to change it to a last minute pick up. They had my order ready within 2 hours!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a spherical Elsa balloon (9.99) for my daughter and 3 hours later it almost completely deflated. I called the store and the girl was great and replaced it with another. I think the girl over inflated it, maybe because the first-time it deflated in a couple of hours and it randomly popped while we were having dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed a baby gender reveal balloon but they were sold out. The employee called the whitby location but they were also out. He suggested to get it from Walmart/Michael's. We got it from outside and Party City filled it up with helium and got the weight as well. Very helpful employees!

The store is well maintained, shelves are well stocked, well organized and clean.
The employees are helpful and attentive, we have been here for many birthday setups and they have never steered us wrong.
Halloween is awesome here, their selection is second to none and just taking a browse can turn into some fun times.
Not too expensive, lots of great helium balloon options
