★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I went to the Taunton Rd and Harmony location on May 7, 2022 around 4pm. First we were not asked where we would like to be seated. We sat down and waited for service and nobody came. We asked a man server if he was going to serve us and he said the lady server would be right us. We waited again. The lady server walked towards us then walked back to the kitchen. The gentleman came by so I just asked him to take the order. Then the hostess brought us our food. We were not given any utensils or offered any condiments. The fries looked like the were the last of the old bunch and the wings which were ordered two different sauces were mixed together. We were given 2 pieces of celery and 1 carrot between the two of us. While we were eating the same lady server walked by us not stopping or even looking at us. When we were finished we again waited for someone to help us with payment. I again asked if someone could help. The same gentleman said our server would be right with us. I asked who our server was because the hostess brought us our food and condiments after we asked. He said the other girl. We were not helped so I went to the cash myself and paid. We were extremely unsatisfied with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time ordering from here. 60 boneless wings. Flavours were perfect. Takeout offers same promotions as eat in. Cooked perfect. Will be back for sure. I pre-ordered for a specific time and they were done within 2 minutes of that time. Nice and hot when I got them. No wonder this location was packed full

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was 2 long hairs wrapped around one of the drums. I bit into it, and had to pull the hair out of my mouth ?. I called to let them know and the girl I spoke to sounded unapologetic. I'm so disappointed because their wings are good but not anymore. I called to say maybe they should check the batch of wings they had because the hair looked like it was cooked in it and she didn't care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just spent 40 bucks on 30 wings and they couldn’t even make sure they were the right flavour… I don’t think I’m asking for much here it was literally two flavours, written clear as day on my receipt, and I received all one flavour. They even added insult to injury by somehow putting the sticker for the flavour I actually ordered on the box.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are never disappointed with our experience at Buffalo wild wings and last night was no different. We had hot food that came out fairly fast. It was very tasty as always and our server Paige was amazing. Very polite, attentive and friendly. Thank you for the great dinner.!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time ordering at Buffalo wild wing. Ordered at this location through Uber eats. All my drinks and all my sides are missing. Uber gave me a generous $7 refund on a $112 order with 1/4 of it missing. Receipt shows everything is in the bag, but it most definitely wasn’t in the bag when i checked with the driver who confirmed it was only the one bag. Won’t order again
Edit** I followed the owners directions and contacted BWW Corporate. They gave me a "we apologize for your experience, but you need to contact the 3rd part delivery company". I don't believe the issue is on Ubers side. The driver picked up what was handed to him, the restaurant didn't pack everything i ordered into the bag. I stand by my "won't order again".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can't go wrong if you go to Buffalo Wild Wings. The (boneless) wings where great, perfectly sauced, made fresh, and exactly what we ordered. The sides where also great, made fresh and piping hot when we got it. The only thing was the service was a little slow and we had ask a few times for service. Minor inconvenience but overall great experience at this location.
