★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered ahead of time, (1.5 hours) and it seems like they didn't make it close to the pick up time I wanted, they cooked it right away, it wasn't fresh it was dry, it was the worst pizza I have eaten in a long time, I haven't ordered from PIZZA NOVA in years because of how bad the pizza tasted I gave them another chance and I regret it. Big chains like this don't care as much as independent pizza shops. Waste of money, YOUR BETTER OFF TRY PIZZA CUISINE which is around the block,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure happened to pizza nova. Quality has gone down big time. My family has been ordering pizza Nova for over 40 years, was always our go to. Can't do it anymore, sauce is not as good. It never comes how I ordered it. Also get with times Pizza Nova....you have an app that looks like it's using a 1980 platform...no reward program and your pizza is the most expensive. You lost a loyal customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love their pizza. I go in often for slices. Never more than 5 minutes and I am out the door and content. The only problem I have is there very very limited variety if you can even call it that of dipping sauces they really need to step that up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL! Never in the history of lasagna has it ever been WITHOUT cheese but today it did. It was literally squares of soggy pasta & a crazy overload of tomato “sauce/paste” WITH ZERO CHEESE. This location did absolute nothing to make this a good meal other than heat it up & deliver it!. I have never see a lasagna with no cheese on it. My boyfriend and I had to make it into something when we got to our home. Had to grate our own cheese and everything. What a terrible experience. These people are beyond lazy and had the audacity to cover the “lasagna” with a mountain of tomato sauce in hopes we wouldn’t notice. Complete waste of money.
