★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist rebooked our appointment without confirming with us. I have received messages on my phone for other people and I call the business back to let them know. In this case she obviously did not call, did not leave a message or did not leave a message at our correct number via misdialing because they were able to originally book/confirm the appointment at my cell. We walked in and said appoint for so-and-so and immediately were met with a rude "I dont think so" because the doctor wasn't in. This medical receptionist was uncaring and unpleasant and as a healthcare professional I would not see this person lasting in this role at my clinic. I would be embarrassed to have people working that took so little pride in their professionalism and caring for young children. It's unfortunate that we wont get to know if the physicians made up for it. Wont be returning..
