★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called the clinic to set up an appointment to see a doctor, and requested reception to look up the healthcare number for me since I didn't have an internet connection or plan. The person refused to look it up that then costed me over 2 1/2 hrs on hold by AHS. I asked the person from AHS if the clinic would have the ability to do this look up and her response was yes the clinics are capable of doing this. This would of only took maybe one minute to do rather me wasting 2 1/2 hrs of my busy day to do this. It goes to show how lazy people and don't care to help anybody out.

I deal with mental health. Everyone is aware the mental health system to broken … but Terek saw in my eyes suicide … him and his staff went above and beyond the call of duty…. They sat with me, counselled me, and referred me to places that can help me more specially …. These people have become family .. they have shown humanity exists… each has played a part in me to still being alive today ….. they didn’t have to do what they did to help keep me alive and they did … they are Exemplary people… and would highly recommend anyone that needs a good doctor to seek Dr. Terek. I know it’s hard to see the severity but a death was averted and it was because of the quick thinking of this office

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor Algariani is the best family doctor. He is very approachable and takes his time to hear our concerns. It was hard to seek help during pandemic but he was still able to help us when we needed. The staff are very responsive to emails and phone calls too. We followed him from his old clinic to the new one, even if it is farther away from home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So unfortunately the last clinic I went to the doctor ended up moving to Ontario so here I am looking for a new clinic and based on the star rating this one was the highest so I decided to give it a try. I couldn’t be happier with my experience here the doctor and I had a great conversation I was only here for a prescription and he helped me figure out the right dosage (which is perfect by the way). I will be going to this clinic as long as I can

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor seems easy going and caring but the receptionist is lazy and dumb. She got my name and birthdate wrong on the record and gave me an incorrect requisition form. I had to get a new one and rebook my blood test because Dynalife doesnt accept inaccurate requisitions with wrong info on it. At another time, booked an appointment and when I showed up, the doctor is not in the office and the receptionist has never let me know about that. No reminder of bookings or even caring about all the time and effort people take to come to the clinic. I have wasted so much time dealing with her and I'm going to change my doctor because of all the hassle and troubles I had to experience with the reception.
