My experience has however been seamless with their online appointment bookings. All of the Doctors have been nothing short of amazing, taking great care of me and showing deep concerns for my health. If you ever need a clinic, Dx Medical is your best choice. Thank you for all your care
C	Colleen Turigan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should of believed the poor reviews. Went for relief of pain after suffering for weeks. Only prescribed some nerve medication that did not work and caused terrible side effects. When called to advise them, they still didn't provide pain relief!

Let me mention that each time I come to this location, the two small receptionists have an attitude. This place will also book you into appointments and not notify you, you’ll only get a call when they have to cancel it because you can’t make it to an appointment you never scheduled. I absolutely hate calling this location because these receptionists are entitled/rude. And they never seem to know anyone’s schedule when I call to book in advance. Never mind how they’ll LOOK at you when you walk in and completely ignore you and continue to work on whatever.

I gave him a clear instruction as to what my contact info is then they still called my home to book an appt when im not even at home. He was also breathing heavily on the phone as if he had run a mile which is so disgusting. Then I called again to make a follow up call earlier so I can hopefully talk to someone who can make sense, the 1st time my call was answered, the girl put me on hold for 5 min & then I heard a click on the phone telling me that she hung up the phone on me. So I called again & the receptionist could not even get herself straight on what to say when answering the phone & put me on hold again. the 3rd time I called, the girl put me on hold again. Someone should train this people how to handle customer, they are very rude on the phone. I understand how difficult & trying it is, to handle a customer, I also work as a customer service agent, but I would never ever hung up on a caller unless the caller is abusive. You guys are so rude, if its not for the customers, you wouldn't have a job, no wonder there are so many negative comments on this feed. You should be reported to Better Business Bureau and on the media for the bad customer service you provide - you are in the health business, you should be more understanding & able to provide a good customer service.
M	M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I are seeing two of the doctors at this clinic. We are very impressed as we have never had to wait for more than 5 minutes an appointment. There could be some improvements in the attitude of the front staff but overall this clinic is pretty good.
t	tom bright on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude Filipino ladies who work at front are really arrogant and try to make it hard to see the doctor with bringing up unnecessary excuses reasons to give you hard time. I have just coughing and no other symptoms and I got two times vaccinations with one booster recently. I have arranged to talk to manager Mr. Patrick to call back me today. Unfortunately the manager of clinic has not contacted me at all. I believe they abuse of law as they think patients do not have any power to bring their voices to the government. Public attention should prove this is wrong and we don’t let them to treat us arrogantly and rudely because they are rich.

Dr. Felade has become my family doctor (and he sees my younger son) and Dr. Humphrey sees my older son. They are both great physicians: knowledgeable, kind and polite. I feel lucky to have them just down the street and they are always thorough whenever we come with ailments. As for the reception staff they are super sweet to us. Kathleen is always especially kind. Not sure how other people have had issues. Surprising to me. I would give them all 10/10 stars.
