★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 24 th June 2021,my daughter of 10 year had an accident at school,the doc send her to do a X-ray to check if her nose is not broken.I did present there with my son of 5 years since it was an emergency I didn’t had time to drop him into friends house and my husband was out of town,the réceptionniste refused to receive us,she was unprofessional and really rude my education didn’t permit me to say more.really disappointing to be treated by an other women that way,sham on her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading the last review of a woman who was treated so badly with her injured kid, I don't think I am going to set my foot in to this place. It makes me very uncomfortable. I hope it's not their normal practice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The woman at the front desk and Mike are some of the nicest people I've met in the healthcare industry. Mike was also full of wisdom and was very personable and made me very comfortable. I also didn't get a hard time for walking in a half hour before they closed, which was awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience at Calgary Trail Insight Medical Imaging on October 22nd 2021. All of the staff were very professional e.g Megan for the Bone Densitometry Test and the others in that building. The XRay building Receptionist and XRay Technician were both professional and polite with no waiting time required. Thank you all. Celia Bartzen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for an X-ray. Was out within 45 minutes. Receptionist and radiologist were very nice. Is the only place I will go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Business is closed between 1pm - 2pm keep that in mind. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly and humorous, it makes a huge difference to me to find a staff member at a extremely busy medical facility like this, still able to perform above average during Covid and the added stress associated.
