★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience. I had my 27 weeks ultrasound today and whole staff was amazing. Ultradound tech Taniya was awesome. She made me comfortable through out. I will definately reccomand this place. Also most important they allow partners at the end of the test to see baby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My DIL was 7 minutes late because she couldn’t find the office (lack of signage) and only after finally finding the office, respectfully waited in line behind a woman ahead of her, all to have the doctor tell her to reschedule. Are you kidding?
It’s hard enough to get an appointment, let alone during these challenging times. This is specifically written for the doctor who lacks common courtesy and told the receptionist to have her reschedule; you are absolutely a disgrace to the profession and I will never recommend this location. You are way better off to go to Ontario Medical Imagining where they would never do that over 7 mins knowing all too well she was waiting in line behind a patient ahead of her at the counter. Twenty minutes I may understand but 7 minutes?! Disgraceful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to this imaging centre multiple times during my pregnancy, as well as after my pregnancy. I've always been greeted in a professional and friendly manner by the front desk and by the technicians. The place is clean and I've never had to wait, they always take me in as soon as I get there. In my most recent experience, Lana was my ultrasound tech. She was extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Lana was thorough and quick - I was in and out within less than 20 minutes! I also noticed that the rooms and equipment had been updated since my last visit. I also like that they call me one day ahead of my appointments to remind me of the time and necessary preparations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I had a wonderful experience at Impexxus Whitby. My ultrasound tech was Lana and she was absolutely amazing, patient and very kind. Would highly recommend her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have now had my ultrasound done twice here and had Tanya both times. She is the most caring individual and is so good at her craft. Couldn't be more pleased to talk with her and have her do my ultrasound!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to make an appointment for my husband. She was so kind and patient with me as I was texting my husband for his info. She didn’t once make me feel like I was wasting her time at all. She explained what he needed to do before the appointment too?. Thank you for doing what you do!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife had her 12 week ultrasound done here. She he an amazing experience with Tanya. The baby was not in the right position and Tanya was very patient and continued the procedure until the baby finally turned and she was able to get the pictures needed. We would highly recommend this location!
