I dont understand how somebody can deceive their customers especially when it relates to their health. My wife underwent ultrasound at their summerside location in Oct-2020. We never received a call back from our GP so we assumed everything is alright. When we met the GP in the new year it was revealed to us that the Ultrasound reports were never uploaded to Netcare. We contacted ACMS and told them the case and requested them to fax the reports to my GP. The reports highlighted an issue and further consultation with specialist was required. The specialist, however, could not provide any consultation because the reports were still not uploaded on Netcare. Repeated calls / voicemails to ACMS did not heed any response, so we went to their office. Only upon confrontation that their Manager revealed that since last year ACMS is unable to upload any reports on Netcare due to a technical issue with their system. And the only way they have been sharing reports is via fax to the GP. And they do NOT proactively inform their customers about this issue. I feel they should have informed us in advance about this issue. Because of their carelessness and neglect, my wife could not get the required care she needed 3 months back, and they are responsible for her deteriorated health.

They do not upload your results to netcare!!!!!!! Therefore if a specialist goes to look on your netcare those results are not there. My specialist told me he could not find the ultrasound report . At another location besides edmonton they gave my Dr results which appear to be false . It was a serious issue which I had already started medication for . And 3 days later I find out I do not have the condition that their report said . I am just stunned .

we were delayed for our appointment by 5 minutes. The clinic was empty, no on waiting and only one patient inside.The technician was visibly upset told me that because I am late, she got late and now she will only do my ultrasound for whatever time left. Their policy is 30 to 45 minutes for each exam. Don't understand why my 5 minutes impacted their schedule when there was no one in clinic for another hour. What happens when the customer has to wait for upto hours for an appointment booked 2 weeks in advance? Technicians should be given sensitivity training and asked to be polite (not rude) in their expression. But then what else you expect from an ethnic clinic who know 2 hoots about customer service and service etiquette.

I have been to every diagnostic center in edmonton had so many tests done. ACMS is the only diagnostic center that has been able to accurately assess my complex case. This place has accommodated me when I needed and I have the up most respect and gratitude for them. They caught major problems that MIC, Canada diagnostic, Northgate Xray, Insight had all missed. The expertise is undeniable. Everything Dr told me here came true. Take his advice or else you will regret it and never gain maximum healing However he is hard to get into due to his availability so you have no choice to go elsewhere which makes him very upset and he will drop u as a patient easy but I guess that's understandable. Thank you guys so much Dr. Asim you are the most kind and caring person I have had the pleasure of helping me. ps.. Hope you and your Assistant enjoyed your coffee as a thank you from me.

This was the most unprofessional imaging facility that I have ever been to. In the extremely crowded and loud waiting room I couldn't hear a word that the receptionist was saying to me. The fact that they placed the bandage an inch away from my injection site was too much to accept. After the injection procedure was completed I was informed that there was a charge and they only accepted cash. What kind of medical profession only accepts cash? And no receipt available due to their printer being down. All being said I'd rather live with pain then to go through this 3rd world type of facility again. Don't go here!

I went to the Drayton Valley ACMS for all my ultrasounds so far. Although I am not one to go out if my way to write bad reviews the more I’m stewing on this I feel i need to make my experience known to others. Firstly I want to say, the ladies who work the front desk are lovelyβ€”They’re super friendly. This review is for ultrasound technician. Each appointment I found her to be really rough.. She was very rushed each time and not very personable AT ALL. I found her to be extremely rude. I didn’t feel excited and happy leaving my appointments, I felt anxious. I have now found a different ultrasound clinic and won’t be recommending ACMS drayton valley to anyone.

My wife was supposed to get a cortisone shot this morning,the dr and radiologist didn’t even have the right paper work. It was someone else’s. The radiologist we found out was actually the ceo or owner,and he was extremely rude to my wife,he was rough with her injured knee. He only seemed to care about getting bodies in and out,for the sole purpose of making money. He probably isn’t qualified to do radiology!! Very sketchy place with below canadian health standards for professionalism and care. We will never go back or recommend his place.
