t	theron yost on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a walk in for an x ray. Very friendly staff, They got in me in right away. If I have to go for x-ray again anytime soon I will go here.

A student did my ultrasound exam (wasn't given a choice or heads up) which is fine they need to learn but then the actual tech came in and repeated everything and then some of what the student had already done (taking a lot of time between the two) but rushed through the gender portion. She spent less than 2 minutes of the ~2 hours I was there checking gender and didn't sound confident at all with her quick assessment. Guess I will have to go to a private clinic and pay if I really want to know. I know my baby wasn't totally cooperating so I'm sure that is part of it but it's very frustrating to spend all that time and not even have an answer as to what gender to prepare for. I would have rather came back another time if baby was in such a poor position.
C	Connie Wasano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son went in for an ultrasound of his knee- the student tech advised him he needed to takeoff his grad ring and he placed it in the bag with his clothing. when it was done he had forgotten the ring was in the bag and left placing the gown in there. when we realized it was missing he went back the next morning and was told that they would keep an eye for it because the laundry was sent out. I then called and asked if we could have the name of the laundry service as we could personally ask them to look for the ring only to be met with complete attitude of they can’t tell me where the laundry goes and they can’t call the laundry people to ask them to find it for him. A little compassion goes along way these days

J	Judy McDowell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found everyone friendly and helpful! Clean. Dr. N injection of cortisone had a great sense of humor and put up with my whining. X ray tech showed compassion and gave encouragement. I feel comfortable going back next week and the week after for another shot and ultrasound.

I just wanted to sit and pull out requisition from my email. She said we can't sit in the waiting room even if there was a seating area for patients. She said u ll have to go out and do it. The tone was really racist and rude. I am so distressed now. Please don't go here if u are a migrant.
S	Shirley Tremeer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use this place at all!!!! Staff is extremely rude. Just to note, I had gotten over covid, I was 7 days clear. ( acceptable by Kaye Clinic, BTW) The person at the desk informed me that "they are a private clinic & do not follow AHS rules". When I said that the Kaye Clinic follows AHS rules, she replied " I don't care what they do, we have our own rules". I immediately want to my Dr's office & got another requisition & rebooted with another company. I also had my file flagged with DO NOT USE THEM. I double checked to make sure that my Doctor hasn't sent them another requisition. I have had 5 calls from them trying to rebook, each time I have replied that I will never use them & have made other arrangements. They keep insisting they have received a new requisition from my Doctor, which is a lie. A manager called me back about half an hour ago. They finally have my file flagged do not call. Funny thing is, he said they follow AHS rules. I also informed him that should they call again, that I would charge them with harassment. If I could have given them a zero, I would have. DO NOT CALL ME. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT USE THEM

Check in was friendly and efficient and I was shown into my change room quickly. My first appointment had just ended the next medical professional for my next appointment came to collect me as she had time before her next appointment. Both of the team I dealt with during my imaging were friendly, professional and gentle. Check out was friendly and I highly recommend this medical imaging centre.
