★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MaidPro Leduc came into our parents place for a move out clean a couple weeks ago and did exceptional job, I had called in last minute and spoke with a lady by the name of Stephanie, very knowledgeable and took her time to explain everything, she got us in right away, she went above and beyond. I am so pleased with the clean we received, and we didn’t have to worry about coming to clean it. I would highly recommended this company. Also would love to give props to the cleaner who came in and cleaned, I forgot her name but super friendly and just all around amazing work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They might offer good service and good results, but clearly not nice people on the road. I was stopped at a red light and supposed to be turning onto a road that is 70km/hr. Although it may have been a long light, it was still red. The lady in the maidpro car (license plate COO-589) honked at me several times. For what? To turn on a red light? Does not make sense at all. Employees should be given a refresher on road regulations when taking company cars out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down worst cleaning services I've had. I had booked a move in clean and had specified that I needed it cleaned well because there was an elderly person moving in. They advertised cleaning the windows etc. Anyways, there were literal grease footprints on the floor when I came back, they had not cleaned in the closets, so much dist on the baseboards and bars. The bathroom floor looked not vaccumed. For paying close to $600 it was literally like they stole my money.
It took 3 weeks for them back and forth with me to address my complaint...only for them to offer me 25% off, which was ridiculous since they offer to reclean the house for FREE. I told them that was not an option.for the elderly person, literally had to reclean the entire house myself, and they still didn't care to refund me the full amount. I told them at least 75% was appropriate, but they refused. Only went to 40% and btw manager avoided talking to me or even giving me a call back. Don't book here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This will be our second cleaning from Maidpro. We are extremely happy with the service so fare. The provide everything so no need to worry. Having the same person come to the house is a bonus! i can set up a code for her to get into the home so no leaving keys around , she is really good with our animals. My dog loved getting treats !! lol. Hope is very thorough with the cleaning, professional. see you in two (2) weeks
