★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team did a complete renovation of my rental unit. My renters were impressed and happy. We actually were able to get a good rate more than we anticipated.
They updated all our electrical, light fixtures, plugs and stove fans. We have been living in the unit for over 12 years and our kids and pets ( dog and cat) had done so much damages. Kleanchem Cleaning and Maintenance Service gave us a completely new home.
We were so overwhelm and happy when we walked in and seen all that was done. We are a working couple with kids so our budget was quiet low. They did an extraordinary job at remaining within budget and still exceeding our expectations.
Superb service, consistent communication, reliable and efficient. Our unit was ready even before the estimated completion date. We would recommend this team to all. They are excellent!!!!!!!!!!!

These guys went above and beyond my expectations. They fixed my plumbing issues for me and made sure to clean up. Excellent service for an outstanding price - I don't write reviews often, but these guys deserve credit for setting the benchmark for outstanding service and value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our second time using Kleanchem. The first time, we did the Deep Clean and were so impressed with the team's hard work - our home was absolutely beautiful! The second time we just did Basic clean, which was still absolutely amazing. Jen and Anna came and were so quick and thorough. We love Kleanchem because they made us come home to a beautiful home - like a hotel experience! All three team members we've met have been kind, trustworthy and very professional. Thank you very much for this great service :)
