The team at Romaniuk were simply amazing, from our sales associate Kevin, to Matt and his team of installers, to Cody the field tech to wrap things up. No pressure sales, just clear suggestions and great options make it fit in our budget. The installers were courteous, thoughtful and very professional. And on top of that, our new furnace has addressed all our heat issues from the past! No more cool rooms in the house. We have even hear everywhere. I can’t wait to see what the new AC does in the summer. Thanks Romaniuk for the amazing service. Give these guys a try, you won’t regret it!

Cody and Jeff were very professional throughout the installation process of our furnace. They explained the installation process and answered all our questions. After they completed the installation they walked us through the workings of our furnace. When the job was done they thoroughly cleaned up the work site. As an aside, they maintained a very professional but pleasant demeanor throughout the work day. I would have no difficulty in having these two gentlemen come back to our home to perform any other installation service.

When I started researching leading up to the purchase of a new furnace and central AC, there were a couple companies that stood out at the top of my list. (Based on Google reviews, reddit threads, and other resources) I had a couple companies in for quotes and they didn't inspire confidence. Enter Jeff Alexander, I knew as soon as he had left that he was the guy. Took time to explain everything to me, he answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood. I Had no doubts about him. There was a couple small snaggs with install but such is life. When I reached out to the company and expressed my concerns they listened, and 1st thing the next morning I was contacted by a representative who absolutely straightened the situation out. I respect anyone willing to back up their work, their reputation, and when a company stands by their people and product that it speaks volumes especially these days. At first I was suspicious as to how a company with this many reviews could have such a high average. I'm not suspicious anymore. 100% would recommend to my friends and family or anyone else! Thanks also to the plumber and 2 techs that set up my humidifier very professional. Give them a call! Excellent customer service from start to finish. They were able to get a technician on the same day we called for problems with our water heater. They followed all Covid safety protocols and were were considerate in implementing properly. They called before arriving and they were fast, efficient and well priced. They explained everything and ensured things were running well before leaving. Would definitely use again for any heating or plumbing issues and would recommend to all! Thanks so much!

We had a few days of being quite uncomfortable last week, when our furnace suddenly stopped working. First we thought it was a matter of just getting a repair, but alas it was not mean to be. Luckily my friend Jodi R recommended these guys and they were able to come out and give us an estimate on a replacement. The following day Jeff and Josh showed up bright and early to do our furnace install and grant us some heat! They did a fabulous job. They got the old, 40 y-o furnace out of the house and installed the new slimmed down version in approximately 6 hours. Before entering our home they laid down floor coverings to keep the floor clean, which we thought was very thoughtful They answered any questions we had for them, and took the time to explain the new furnace and its features. From the first phone call with Jen (so pleasant), to Charles G showing up to give us an estimate (polite and thorough), to the actual install by Jeff & Josh (pleasant, capable & funny) it was a stellar experience. It really was a pleasure dealing with Romaniuk Heating & AC, and we couldn't be happier that we had these 2 fine gentleman in our home making us comfortable again. I would highly recommend this company without any hesitation. Thank you so much to all the staff.

Mike, Reece, and Shawn did a great job of installing our furnace. They protected our floors, stairways and rooms with drop cloths and runners and were careful transporting their equipment and the new and old furnace. They gave clear explanations of what they were doing including the location of the new venting outside and did a very neat job tying together the three drain pipes from the furnace, humidifier, and air conditioner so only one pipe went into the drain. Mike finished with a thorough explanation of what was done as well as information regarding the filter and furnace operation and answered any questions we had. All three installers were courteous, informative and a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely recommend them.

Yesterday we had two humidifiers installed by Brent and Mack. They did a super job, taking out the original old drum unit that we had for 30 sum years. The technicians worked quickly and efficiently and left the work area clean. They took time to explain the maintenance that will be required for the units. Both technicians were polite and pleasant to deal with. My husband and I are happy with the workmanship and the quality of care displayed by these two technicians; Brent and Mack. I would recommend Romaniuk Heating to anyone requiring their services.

We bought an air conditioner through Romaniuk Heating and air conditioning in February. The install was very quick and done well. We were told by the technician that the air conditioner was ready to be started up any time. Several weeks ago we tried to start the air conditioner and it didn't work, so were told to book a start up date. We did right away and waited around two weeks for an appointment. We were called this morning (our start up date) and told the technician can't make it, there's been another emergency. This is understandable. However we were told that the next available appointment isn't for another 2 weeks. We will now be waiting a month for a start up. I'm very disappointed in this service. UPDATE - I was very pleased to see the response from a manager at Romaniuk almost right away. So, I called the number below. Interestingly that number was for the main line that I had spoken with a representative on earlier that day. I waited around 20 minutes, which was fine, but when I finally spoke to a representative and asked to be transferred to the manager she was confused and told me she was unable to do that and had to send him an email to request that he give me a call. I told her that was fine. That was Thursday, today is Monday and I have yet to hear back from the manager who kindly offered to help. These kinds of situations are very upsetting. The installers we're literally at our house within the week to get the air conditioner in, in the beginning of February. But what's the use of it if it needs a technition to run in the summer when it's getting hotter? It seems that the company is eager to lock you in, but sloppy when it comes to start up and support. Be cautious of this when you are thinking of purchasing.
