★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't trust!! I recently installed a Furnace, water Heater and AC unit into the house as my wife and I are having our first Baby and I wanted the air as clean and comfortable as possible. Well the baby decided to come early, and I had to leave the installers there to do the work as I ran back and forth from the Hospital for two days. I was not able to be at the house for the final day but decided to trust the crew would clean up and finished then lock up my house as they said this is common practice, well the old saying is true " when the cat is away the mice will play" I came home later that night and discovered some interesting things. The first thing was my toilet seat had dry Pee all over it!!! the second even more concerning is walking into the washroom and discovering an open bag of Women hygiene Townlets on the bench right in front of the sink, I proceeded to ask my wife where she stored those Items and she said under the sink. Conclusion why would 3 male trades men need to use those items? But the big issue is why are they snooping in my house and what else was used or missing. PS the install was also not the best as they placed and ugly CO detector right beside the thermostat who does that!!

The tech wore booties and a mask, went the extra mile in diagnosing the problem, was knowledgeable and properly equipped, and took extra care to make sure I would be comfortable (i.e., not freeze to death) and would get the most prompt follow-up service possible. To top it all off, the charge was less than half of what the first opinion cost me. Action Furnace has earned my business for the foreseeable future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recall being very happy when my furnace was originally installed around 8 years ago. It went on the fritz during a recent cold spell. Hannah was pleasant and efficient when I called in to set up the appointment and Adam was an excellent technician that not only helped with my problem but also seems to have my best interest at heart.
As I don't see my need of a furnace changing anytime soon, I look forward to doing business with Action Furnace again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met Paul Durand at the Home and Garden show. He was very helpful and courteous guiding me through the process of having AC installed at my new home. The company scheduled my install in a very timely manner. Warren and Andrew showed up early which was a pleasure to accommodate. They were knowledgeable, friendly and clean. The install looks like it was there when the house was built. They were extremely tidy and professional. They had run into an issue due to the design of my house and they come up with an excellent and proper solution. VERY impressed with the work they did. Hire this company. You will not be disappointed. Well done, Action Furnace!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before the visit, I had emailed Action Furnace a lot of questions about their services. As there were many items on my spring cleaning list, I wanted to make sure I can call one company to do it all for me. Dana in customer service was very quick, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly in answering all my questions.
We just had Steve do multiple services for us today. We had vent cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, furnace tune-up and humidifier tune-up done and I'm beyond happy with his work. He was punctual, knowledgeable, thorough, and explained his services and recommendations very well. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to upsell, something that's common in my experience with other companies. I will use Action Furnace again and highly recommend them.
