★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 100% would recommend to anyone in need of heating/cooling services. A motor blew in one of our furnaces and these guys were able to stop by within the day, diagnose the issue, source out the parts, repair within the same day, and did not cost an arm and a leg. They were thorough with their work, even did a final run through/inspection before leaving our house. Thank you again for saving the day!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was excellent. The gent who came to work at my house put me at ease (not always the case when you are a woman alone in your home). His cleaning equipment was relatively quiet, the vacuum hose not a special style meant that I didn't lose significant heat out of the house. He gave good advice for the longterm care of our furnace and wasn't trying to oversell. Would use him again for other heating and cooling services. Reliable and trustworthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience with Burns Brothers Home Heating and Cooling, I called them to schedule an appointment and they came a day later. They were willing to work around my schedule so I didn't have to take time off work. They were friendly, efficient, and punctual on the day of the appointment. Leon answered all my questions and was extremely helpful, and he even offered to get me extra furnace filters (I need a special size/fit) for my furnace, and he got them to me within 2.5 hours, this was after he serviced my furnace. Leon is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, I felt very valued as a customer. The appointment was efficient and effective. I will not use another company for any Home Heating and Cooling needs after this fantastic experience with Burns Brothers Home Heating and Cooling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely satisfied Leon sat at our table and took the time to answer all our questions and never once did I felt he was looking at a dollar sign, if you are old enough you will know what I mean when I say I felt that good old western hospitality when you were a human being first and a business opportunity second.
The installation of the furnace and water thank was first class when they left the house was spotless.
The price is very competitive right there with the other contractors I requested a quote from, even if he had been a few hundred dollars more which he was not I still would have gone with them just remember the cheapest price is not always the best price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few days before Christmas my hot water heater sprung a leak and partially flooded the utility room. The thought of tracking down and hauling home a new tank and then finding someone to come 20 minutes outside of the city to install it almost ruined my day. I called Leon at Burns Brothers and he instructed me on how to properly safely shut down and drain the tank so it wouldn’t do any damage. He was able to take the specs and look at pictures of my set up. He was able to almost immediately work me in and with his installer they brought out and installed a new direct vent hot water tank. The install was fast, everything was cleaned up and the old tank was taken away.
I would highly recommend him and will call him the next time I need service or replacements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were having some issues with our furnace and furnace humidifier so gave Burns Brothers a call. Leon came out, troubleshooted the issues and promptly fixed them. Very knowledgeable and professional level of service. Leon explained things along the way too so that we know what to look out for in the future. We will definitely be calling him again for any future heating and cooling needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're in need of a reliable, friendly & courteous business - look no further. Leon was awesome, he did our duct & vent cleaning for us as well as fixed some issues with our furnace as they were needing immediate attention.
Our fur children can be a handful sometimes but Leon was professional as well as very gracious with our dogs stopping to give them attention & let them check out what he was doing during the entire process.
I would recommend Leon & Burns Brothers Home Heating to anyone, especially if you need someone who is a animal/dog lover. Rest assured they will take care of you & your home. During this stressful pandemic we're living through Leon was sure to take extra precautions to make sure I was comfortable having him in my home which I was ; much appreciated (being a health care worker).
