1	1 AB on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just want to thank Stoeger Canada and the whole ST squad, I have just recently become a Beretta firearm owner and have been purchasing Beretta products through Stoeger as well as my local dealer. The customer service has been awesome! Knowledgeable, return phone calls/ emails in a timely fashion, and educate and direct you to the product that will best suit your needs. Shipping has been fantastic packaged extremely well, and on time. I can't speak on the service side, but if I had one gripe it would be the wish to have more products available like Beretta USA here in Canada. All in all, I am thankful Stoeger Canada is here to support the firearm community, and in turn I will continue to do the same.

Ordered a 26'' barrel for my Stoeger shotgun in April, was told it would arrive in 60-90 days. It's Nov 24th, still no barrel and repeatedly told by Stoeger they do not know when I will receive it.

What a rude person in the other end of the line . Said there was nothing wrong , how does he know he hasn’t shot it . He said the person behind the counter who sold him the rifle was not clear on what it was used for . Told me go ahead and send it to us for nothing . It would take 3 weeks to even tell me nothing is wrong ! Pin loose , won’t auto chamber the shells . Others also tried it said something was wrong ! Yet I call and was so put off by the person on the other line , being rude and not helpful! I hung up .. now my son has a unsafe rifle and Stoeger does not care .

Can confidently say that there is no better warranty process for firearms then the Stoeger family! Have had friends who own Remingtons fight and argue to get a defective part fixed. Couldn’t have been an easier process with Benelli! Thanks again Andrew!

Submitted a claim to Stoeger, they however declined it. Apparently it is normal for choke tube threads to flatten and strip. Luckily the store I bought it from was able to help me. This is my first and last experience with a Stoeger product.

If you have questions or require work to your Tikka rifle, take it to a reputable gunsmith and ask him/her your questions and have your firearm issues resolved there. Yes it will cost you money, but given my experience with Stoeger Canada, it’s money and time we’ll spent to avoid dealing with folks who clearly have no clue how to provide good customer service!
