★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service, they should have sign on the door stating "Unless you're a HVAC trade go away" some of the rudest and unhelpful people I've ever dealt with in the trade's and trade's supply. I watched them tag team and berate a old man today about a furnace filter. The poor man didn't understand and here there's 2 bullies laughing and insulting the man for not knowing what they're talking about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to replace a fan for my air-conditioner. Sold me the wrong fan. 40 minute round trip from Ajax. Second trip I brought in the old fan so they could physically match it. Sold me the wrong fan a second time. 3rd time I came in, rude sales associate told me before I even explained what was wrong that there were no returns. Ummm. He sold me the wrong unit twice. I've now driven 3 times 40 minutes to be told he won't take a return. Will be taking this up with my credit card company. Stay away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just called in to get a quote about a pool heater thermostat, I got a quote at $200 they said they need to order it, right after i checked online and found the same part for $52 with free shipping, If that's the way you sell your parts trying to rip people off then people should be aware of this if they want to save some money and buy somewhere else. I feel like you didn't just try to rip me off a little bit but by a lot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you call for prices make sure you get the person's name and price because when you go in to get your parts, the person at the counter will give you a complete different price. Be very careful with these guys
