I am so pleased with Cory and his helper. My furnace had not been working, and they ensured that I had heat that night. They returned the next day to install my hot water tank. Like I said they ensured that my furnace was up and running the first day. When Cory and his helper arrived they went straight to work and did not stop until the furnace was running. I was so appreciative. I was impressed with the job they did very nice. Looked clean and professional. I would definitely recommend this company and the people they hire are well picked. Thank you

From scheduling the service thru to Marty the service person, our experience was very professional and friendly. Marty in particular came by when my spouse was home to service, and she indicated he explained clearly and professionally in addition how well he treated our home. I followed up with Marty for my own information, and he took the time to tell me about his work, the warranty, and early warning sign to watch for on this furnace.

ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY SERVICE!!! I’m a first time home owner and was looking to install AC for the new home. My close friend referred me to Ken at Weiss Johnson and I was very well pleased with the entire experience from getting a free quote to complete the installation and operation! I was a bit sceptical about AC companies out there due to lack of experience on pricing and what to expect, and loads of horror stories on the internet was not helping. But Weiss Johnson quickly took away my concern! Ken was very fast at responding his email and scheduled a date and time for the free quote, and followed up with a phone call just an hour prior to the scheduled time, I appreciated that level of professionalism! The quote went well and I was very pleased with the price and add-one that came with it! They provide 12 months interests free financing PLUS a FREE DUCK CLEANING service when you purchase an AC unit, AMAZING DEAL! It took a while for the AC unit to come in as there’s currently a shortage on the brand unit I specifically wanted in North America, but the Service Manager Marcus stepped in and got the unit in within two weeks!!! The installation technicians were polite and efficient! The whole install took about two hours or so, plus the electrician followed up about 30-45 mins! All of them were very knowledgeable and thorough at what they did, they also dust the floor before they left to ensure they didn’t leave any mess, such a nice touch! Also the free duck cleaning is also NOT A CATCH, I called the main line, the lady grabbed my name and address and BOOM, service scheduled free of charge!!! I will recommend them to anyone who’s looking for furnace services!

Curtis, Edward(electrician) and Shelvain came to install my AC unit today and they did an awesome job! They were very efficient and professional. They were super responsible and took great care when installing the AC. They left no mess at all in my furnace room, it was just cleaned and tidy as before they came. Curtis was very friendly and through in explaining everything and rest any concerns I had. I would definitely recommend anyone interested to install a AC unit give these guys a call.

Great job. Five companies sent people to give quote. Ken is the most friendly, professional and honest one. We get a good price for Dikin 16 SEER. The service teams are friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

5 stars 100%, I had an AC unit installed with WJ. I had a few quotes from other companies but Dave made for an easy decision. He wasn't pushy at all and was knowledgeable, explained everything, even the planning of how itll look like. Price was reasonable compared to other companies I had out. I was skeptical about what the install would look like as they had to go under my stair case to get to the furnace. Curtis and Shelven were the installers and they did an amazing job. What Curtis did with the lineset I didn't think was possible but I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Both knew what they were doing and did very clean work. The electrician(Eddie) came right after they finished the install, he also did an awesome job. The wiring through the beams right to the panel was done perfectly. The breaker panel outside was placed in a perfect spot. Very clean work all around. I'd recommend these guys to anyone looking for an AC unit. Look no further just go with WJ.

I have been a long-time customer of Weiss&Johnson, They replaced my hot water tank, and repaired my furnace. Or even recommend them to my colleagues at work. That all changed till Christmas Eve, my hot water tank failed. I called them up at about 5:45 PM, on the website they say they have a 365 day 24 seven call out policy. I told her we were I was desperate to get the hot water tank repaired, over Christmas we have company coming over so we’re gonna be really busy and we’re gonna need hot water. I respect that it’s a bad time to ask them to come out. They said flat out we can’t help you, unless it’s no heat in your furnace, or water leak. Never suggested a time when they could come out ?. I was very discouraged, considering I’ve been a good customer of theirs. So out of desperation I called reliance plumbing and heating, they answer the phone right away, said they could have a technician out at 8 o’clock tomorrow morning would that be OK, I said do you charge extra for public holidays ?. No she said, we just charge a flat rate of $90, I was willing to pay extra because I was desperate. The following morning that technician called me up, said he was gonna come out right away but he asked me to do a couple of simple checks before he came out, which I did and my hot water tank started working perfectly so I called him back and thanks thank him. I don’t like calling people out on Christmas holidays because everybody wants to be with the family, not only did I save myself money, he didn’t need to come out and take time away from his kids, so it was a win-win situation for everybody. I contacted West and Johnson for their response, they never even got back to me? So this spring we’re planning on putting in a air-conditioning unit, most likely we’re going to go with reliance because they helped us out in a pinch
