First is noise and they said that its normal .Previous 30 y.o old furmance also Lennox was quiet and you can hear only wind. This new one have mechanical like noise in the vents. Installation was very care less , got damage on furnance frame from tight fittings and glue . Ducts installed with aluminium tape to cover they rapid work.Gaps between furnance and filter box.Lack of furnance commissioning at first install. Fresh air intake pushed in to return duct block air return from the rooms... I could write more .Was very unpleasant to deal with them .Simon sales man just sign contract with me and when problems show up he disappeared .

From the initial call for help and advice regarding a furnace not working, to problem analysis, to purchase options (Ally), and finally installation could have not been better. Time lines were better than expected and the installation was done ahead of the expected time and at the highest quality. Derrick and Derek were curtious and very professional from start to finish, answering any questions and keeping us informed of progress along the way. Very professional. Costs were as expected and were reasonable. This was not our first experience with Rob's Albertan and it definitely will not be our last, in fact we have recommended Rob's to friends.

The technician they sent out was very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful while being in my home. He recommended I upgrade my furnace and possibly look into central air. There was no pressure, he was very subtle and honest about efficiency and potential issues if I didnt upgrade soon. I agreed to look into it and they sent out someone to give me an estimate the next day. Ally was personable and explained everything so well, I felt very comfortable making the decision to have a new furnace and central air installed this summer.

Very easy going guys to talk to. Simon was great to deal with as our sales consultant and the fact he was a former service tech really made my wife and I feel confident in what he was selling. It’s nice to deal with a sales guy who also has experience on the tools - something you don’t often see. Very happy with the finished product!

I just had to sent pics of our existing tank to the tech (Matt) he called and gave me a quote to make sure the price was right before moving forward. He came out with his coworker to install the water tank and did a excellent job!! We we’re so grateful for the whole team getting this done so quickly for us!! Thank you, ?

I have used Rob's Albertan previously and was very impressed with the quality of work and extensive knowledge their people have. The customer is their priority. They don't oversell, they offer options for the work needed, and respect the budgets and decisions of the customer. The new furnace and hot water tank installation was done professionally. The technicians were focused, efficient and left the work area immaculately clean. I was also very impressed with the foam red carpet runners they placed on the floors and stairs to keep our home clean and allow them to go back and forth to the truck. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the entire process, from start to finish, and their commitment to get the job done well and within a short time frame. Thanks to everyone involved!

I phoned Rob’s Albertan Service Experts and the technician Adam, came and thoroughly checked the furnace which is 20 years old. I decided to replace the furnace rather than invest a lot of money to repair the old furnace. I also replaced the hot water tank because it was even older. Rob’s Albertan Service Experts by the names of Jason, Ben, and Derrick did the installations and are so professional, friendly and polite. They took their shoes off at the door and laid a carpet runner from the front door, down the stairs to the basement, protecting the floors and carpet. They worked efficiently together with much less noise than I expected. They even swept the floor after the installations were completed and you would not even know they had been there! I am very happy and pleased with the service and strongly recommend them to anyone looking for expertise and quality. Also a thank you to Ally, the consultant who came out to explain and provide me with options and estimates before hand. What a great company and Team!

I had called several hvac service companies and only got a week wait for install. I called robs albertan and they asked if i can be home within 45 minutes same day. Very grateful for there help. I decided to go with robs for my new furnace install. Because of that service in my time of need and was not disappointed with my choice. Id like to thank Jordyn Knopp who was very helpful and knowledgeable about my needs and questions about a new furnace. Including my Ac unit. My original furnace was from 1974 and was likely on its way out let alone being extremely inefficient. On the day of my new furnace install i had Ben (Lead), Derek (Electrician) and Marshall arrive to do my new replacement. During the entire roughly 10 hours it took them to replace my old furnace, install 2 new cold air returns in the basement to replace the cold air return in the roof and move my furnace switch to a more easily reached location. They also fixed and replaced my Ac drain line. They answered all my questions i asked, even when it came to asking Derek about un related furnace questions about electrical.i would recommend Robs Albertan. Jordyn, Ben, Derek and Marshall were an excellent Team from robs to deal with. Through the whole process
