★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small park near the centre of Oshawa, nice Riverside walk that terminates at Lake Ontario. Regular meeting place for homeless people. We have never been bothered by them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to walk my dog during the day but has become a place for drug addicts and transients at night. No police moving them along to tent village south of Gibb street on the east side of the creek, but that's a whole different post.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely park! Nice park for kids to play plus a variety of outdoor gym equipment for the parents. Has many paths to follow. If you cross the bridge there's another little park with a small splash pad and community outdoor pool. The river that goes through it is generally really clean and fine to swim in. Today it's a little mucky most likely because of the flash flood we had the other day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice trail with playgrounds, sports & workout equipments. Lots of space for a walk beside the little creek. As others mentioned, you may find homeless people here: in fact I also found a tent and was surprised because it was the first time it happened after I visited dozens of parks all over Ontario.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love going to this park, its so pretty. Only thing is if you are going to walk your dog off leash, can you at least call your dog when you see others dogs on leash? That comment is for anywhere. I have a leash reactive dog who doesn't listen but loves going for short walks. Its super frustrating though when an unleashed dog walks up to her and she reacts. Its great you have a "friendly" dog but how long will your dog remain friendly if it is being barked at.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you see this park from road it looks ordinary but once you get into the park and take trail next to the Creek you will see it’s beauty. The day i was there people were taking their Vespa. Some people was also catching fish.I saw some homeless people there.
